The location of the hotel is perfect

the room was very warm even with the thermostat at it's coldest

Kahvaltı güzeldi. Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Çalışanlar iyiydi. Fiyat performans dengesi iyiydi. Buradaki konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık. Sokak pazarına yakın.

Check in işlemi uzun sürdü. Beklemek zorunda kaldık. Otelin çevresi çok güvenli değil. Lokasyonu Eminönü gibi düşünebilirsiniz. Gündüz kalabalık, gece tenha ve güvensiz.

Love the rooms, clean, efficiently designed, everything is well placed and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is located opposite an amazing Food Lovers market which is helpful for meals as the hotel only has breakfast. Also near a lot of restaurants, historical sites, shops - excellent location.

The breakfast that is the only meal offered could be tastier, but it is sufficient for it supplies. Better tour organisation should be made available.

My friend eats gluten-free and soya free food and would bring her own buns for breakfast in a plastic of course since they didn’t offer them at the hotel. The manager then came to her and told her she is stealing food and putting them away on the plastic. Like who does that? Are we dogs? Who flys to cape town to steal their breakfast that is not even that scrumptious??? To do what? And to steal and put in a plastic? We were accused of that. If it was a white person am sure they wouldn’t have said that. They didn’t even take time to explain they just accused us. We felt so disrespected and looked down. We didn’t enjoy the stay after that and it was horrible to even want to eat their basic breakfast.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Herzen von Kapstadt! Um uns herum war alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber! Das Personal sensationell freundlich! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Frühstück war lecker und gut!

Good breakfast but sometimes not enough of varieties for those not eating beef and pork

The location... It was dangerous to go out after 6pm....surroundings did not look safe. Shops around close too early

The staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to manage requests. This despite the fact that the hotel was extremely busy.

Location is very good. Craft market is close by Clubs and restaurants also close by.

Wonderful location, professional and friendly staff, I loved the amenities in the room, the Dove toiletries were a nice touch, great shower, wifi was fast. Friendly and prompt parking service. Breakfast was good and everything was just right.

TV picture quality in the room was a little fuzzy. Everything else was great.

The food was not interesting and the linen was not changed regularly

Lekker ontbijt met ruime keuze. Onze auto werd telkens in de ondergrondse garage geparkeerd voor ons en terug voorgereden indien we deze nodig hadden. Locatie is in het midden van de stad en niet ver van bezienswaardigheden.

De deuren slaan geweldig toe, een late gast maakt je soms wakker. Ramen zouden iets beter mogen geïsoleerd worden, lawaai van op straat is goed te horen.

Breakfast was so stunning.I am so happy for everything at the hotel.

The staff was approachable have smile and help us with everything we asked. It will be better if the room have a microwave .What i like most is the WiFi. We are excited about the hotel.

The highlight of this hotel is definitely its central location. The inclusion of an above average breakfast in the room rate was also a pleasant surprise. Onsite parking is also avialble for those with cars. To round out the experience, the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay.

Admittedly, the facilities at the hotel are showing their age. Whilst this does not detract from the overall cleanliness and comfort of the room, those looking for a more polished "luxury" experience may be disappointed.
