Bed comfortable and bed linen clean.
Rooms badly need renovation work and redecorating.
Rat fight in roof space above bedroom on first night.

Very good price for Leuven and the beds were comfortable.
The room itself is pretty dark and seemed very old. The bathroom was very narrow and had many rusty parts. The whole room could use a renovation, but it's fine if you only want to have an apartment to sleep in.

The smell of the room was horrible, it was like a room for smoking people. Even if I left the window open it was not possible to remove it, it was really annoying.
The room was not that clean, also the towels were stained.
The room was really small: the distance between the bed and the kitchen is one meter.
There is no lift!!!

There was no fan in the bathroom so there was mold all over. Didn’t look like the room had been cleaned at all. No extra pillows or blankets and the beds were uncomfortable.

The management of this facility works energetically to care for the environment and save electricity. For this reason, the 230V power supply in the apartment was remotely turned off, the only table lamp had no bulb, and the electric heater was plugged into a socket that did not work. You had to take a flashlight with you to the bathroom.
Management did not answered to messages asking for help with electricity. It's a good thing that I took my phone with me when I went out to the street, because the blue keychain next to the keys did not open the gate. Even if the room had been cleaned, it still looked bad with dirty brown walls and dim lighting. The kitchen equipment didn't look great, to say the least. It wasn't the cheapest room I rented in Belgium, but it was definitely the worst.

It's too expensive to charge over 160 euros/night for such a small older apartment.
I stayed here for 4 nights, and am not satisfied with the status of the clearness of the bed and kitchen.

The room was nice, the position on the border of "the ring" was good and the relation price-quality was excellent for the life-costs in Leuven.
Great the electric heater.
Final degree for me (7,3/10)
- The bathroom miss the door, there were only an horrible curtains to divide the main room and the restroom.
- The cleaning of the room wasn't of high level
- The bed had just 1 small pillow, the sheet was too small and the bed make a lot of noise on each movement. (Pls Change the bed!)
- Bad soundproofing of the room.

Concept of Housing.
Poor neatness. Bed Bugs found by us in the apartment. Needed to go to Hospital for Medication against bites.
Were changed from apartment. Not a word of apologise, not a compensation for the inconvenience.
At leaving, warned for checkout at 10AM, when I had paid for extra check-out at 1PM.
Poor Internet Quality. Frequent fails.

Clean, but some things in poor state of repair. Bathroom door would not shut due to damaged fitting.

+ Some supermarkets were really close
+ A bus stop isn't too far
- There are not enough kitchenwares (no mugs, no spoon to stir the food in the pan, no proper tool to peel off the vegetables, etc.)
- Some people apparently live in the condo, and it feels a bit weird (e.g. they smoke in the shared, central courtyard)
- The place is *slightly* away from the city, in a rather desolate part of the town (but there are supermarkets nearby)
- There are two floors (living and bed) and the first floor is really dark, even in full daylight
- The atmosphere of the apartment is very damp
- The TV doesn't work when it rains
- The WiFi is a bit shaky (but it works)
