Clean ,friendly staff, food but most of all the bed was exceptional best bed I’ve ever slept on and that goes for my partner as well !!!!

The pool and spa were nice. Location was great central to everything

Didn’t like how there was no step to enter pool especially if someone’s got mobility issues. When we checked in there was a used wet towel and 2 towels so housekeeping didn’t check the bathroom properly and there was no body wash and conditioner refilled

Overall it is a great place to stay for family. Very clean, friendly staff, parking and very close to the city.

Coffee machine at breakfast could have been better. We bought coffee from the bar but because so many people where doing the same thing, the machine and the barista where swamped all at once trying to cater for everyone.

Cleanliness and the location

Service was average , locks took a long time to open which was annoying. Did not give us our money around chiosing Go Green option

hotel has a warm welcoming feeling through the reception area.

terrible shower and the fact that nobody checks the shower heads for blockage or operation shows a lack of care by managers.

I love the atrium with the trees and the fountain.

Under staffed, pool area never had towels, smelt like urine and the staff didn't seem to care when I advised them, the restaurant was closed every night, bar food took ages to be delivered, reception never answered the phone, room service number was disconnected. Housekeeping number was disconnected. Very disappointed, will never stay here again

Floor board PowerPoint's. No drawers...anywhere. inefficientb bathroom fan. Badly fitted PowerPoint in bathroom.
