Great 1 bedroom unit in fantastic location

Nice spacious modern room, everything you need is there. Comfy bed, aircon works well
Chair was too low and we had to ask for another, also the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work well

Bed was soft how I like it with good quality linen. Good decor, room service. Bar and restaurant staff great. I liked that food and bar in hotel.
Reception staff at check-in. We've stayed at a lot of hotels around the world and reception staff need to be energized and friendly. Being unfriendly is a turn off and will stop me from returning. Be welcoming.

Everything about this place was fabulous. We were offered a free upgrade and the front desk attendant was very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was more spacious than we could have dreamed. It was clean, well-appointed and modern. The location is superb -- right near everything we could want: restaurants, gym, coffee shops, city amentities.

On arrival we were upgraded to an apartment type room which was great as we were staying for 3 days it made the time in the hotel very comfortable. Large room with lounge area, kitchen, bedroom and large bathroom. Nice balcony. Very large bed and good air conditioning. Staff were very helpful and offered lots of advice on Canberra. Even met our unusual request of removing the duvet (far too hot for us!). Hotel parking beneath the hotel was useful. Good value for money.
As it was Easter there were limited staff on which meant no housekeeping for 3 days. We were told that we could ask if we needed it but somehow felt that this would be done by front desk staff rather than housekeeping and didn't want to trouble.

Beds were very soft and felt like you were dipping to one side. Didn’t sleep very well.

Good sized clean room with great bathroom and shower with quality shampoos, soaps and lotions. Also the bed was amazingly comportable - loved it!
Excellent location and very close to local restaurants and short walk to other conveniences eg shopping precinct and convention centre.
They got my room service order wrong but they were very apologetic and I enjoyed the burger anyway. I know it's a small thing but adding a parking fee of $10 per night frustrated me. For this price I'd throw it in.

The officious staff member who checked me in was rude and could do with some customer service training or maybe get some tips from the friendly staff member who did my check out.

Facilities in the room were great, probably one of the cleanest hotel rooms ive stayed in.
Excellent layout and plenty of space for our small family, with the verandah offering a nice view of the courtyard.
Location was great, a short stroll to plenty of cafes and restaurants. And not too far from the shopping centre.
The bed was horribly soft, making sleep incredibly hard to come by.
The shower temperature was not consistent and the shower head awkward (modern design but poor functionality).
Though there is access to on-demand movie, you must watch it all in one sitting or you lose access - other hotels allow you 24 hour access to individual movies purchased.
