Staff war really nice and helpful, the common areas were very nice and clean.

The room didn‘t have a proper window to look outside. This was not mentioned in the description and I would not have booked otherwise. There was also a strong smell coming from the bathroom. Room was next to the elevator and underneath the roof top war, which means there were loud noises all day and night long. This room was absolutely not worth the price. Either take a better room or change the hotel all together. I was glad when I could leave.

All of the staff was vers professional, kind and nice. Very good location in the north corner of las Canteras beach with great breakfast and nice rooftop bar.

The receptionists wore all lovely people, couldn’t fault their manner and they wore always very friendly and helpful.

The bar staff on the roof wore not very friendly at all. We sat down at a table and it took them a couple min before they finished talking to each other before they even came to bring us menu’s. We stayed in the suite with the hot tub, unfortunately the water in the shower was cold.

Decent breakfast,good location,we had a triple room with sea view at 6th floor,cleaning everyday,parking at a location very close with 10 euros/day. A small balcony,but perfect to stay a few hours at night. Shower very good,minifridge and coffee maker with capsules.

Wi-fi was not so good,but we have cellular data and for us it was no problem.

Beds were great and the location was excellent. The beach is close and lots of restaurants and stores are within a short walk. So much culture is right outside the hotel. I don’t recommend staying here if you don’t like being in the action. I thought it was wonderful. The staff were super friendly.

We were on the 6th floor and I think we could hear the chairs from the rooftop bar scraping the floor. It did not impact us at all, but just didn’t like the sound.

why on earth would you separate the bathroom from the main room via windows? stupid beyond belief. I had to use my phone light in the bathroom during the evenings to have a chance to not wake up my son who was sleeping in the main room

The location is perfect, right near the beach and with shops and restaurants at less than 2 min walk. The staff is really kind and very helpful, especially the reception staff. The room is what you need for a few days in Las Palmas. Very good ratio between what you pay and what you get.

Better pillows would make it perfect. The existing ones are not that great.
