Die Zimmer waren ganz nett, auch die kleine Terrasse und das Pool, die wir bei unserer Durchreise allerdings nicht nutzen konnten/durften.

Trotz Öffnungszeiten bis 23 Uhr (Restaurant bis 22 Uhr) war die Bar an einem Samstag schon 21.45 Uhr geschlossen. Kein Minibar oder Snackmarket, nicht mal Wasser im Zimmer. Das Frühstück viel zu teuer, weil nur Conveniencefood und Aufbackbrötchen. Vergessene Hygieneartikel standen trotz Ankündigung nicht zur Verfügung.

Dreadful food, not at all what you expect in France. Bland, tasteless and not at all up to anyone’s standard. Cessation salad had no dressing nor Parmesan and had dreadful fried chicken and the fries were like thick peeling of potato. Very bad, didn’t even stay for desert it was that bad.

In terms of value for money, this location can't be beaten. Specifically when you are passing through. Parking, swimming pool and a great breakfast.

The couch-bed was bad. Here and there some (small) maintenance is due, but again...for this price...

The hotel is ok for one night or two. The pool is nit adapted for children. The breakfast buffet is good

The staff at the reception was kind but the cleaning staff at the fourth floor was rude and very impolite.

The hotel itself is nice and our room was big. The pull out sofa was already set up for us and it was pretty comfortable.

The location is pretty darn far from Lyon Part Dieu station so the taxi there and bad was expensive. You can't walk to anything nice from this hotel so don't go here if you are looking to walk to tourist areas.

Breakfast: Baked goods were fresh and hot. There was a wide variety of options. Service: The staff was very kind and attentive.

The bathroom: Shower stall had a weird floor that looked like it was peeling which was very unconfortable. The handwash and hygiene bags were empty.

Room size and the willingness to make up for the fire alarm with free breakfast. Facility was clean and lovely looking.

Air con wasn't as good as hoped. Spent the night waking up because of the heat. Unfortunate timing where we couldn't use the pool.

the staff were brilliant. could not have been more helpful. The place was clean, the bar was great. Some nice beers on tap.

We booked the hotel because it had a pool. it was a treat for the kids after a long drive. we would have spent the rest of the day by the pool and eaten in the hotel. it was closed till the weather improved. it was boiling hot. we had to take the kids round the corner to the public pool, which was fine (only allowed to wear buddy smugglers… No shorts…. fair warning!). this was the only issue we had. lots of other families were also disappointed. oh, we also had a fire alarm… but staff dealt with that fine. they are really a credit to the hotel. Gon was a nice guy.

The room was fine, we loved the shower. Not too much noise and spacious. My best things about this trip was the courteous staff, this includes all with whom my family and i came in contact with. Super helpful .

The air-conditioning was off and the room was very hot during the nigt (26 deg C). And it was not possible to open the windows since the room gives on noisy highway
