We really liked our stay. The hotel is simple but fine, we didnt have any problems and the room was quite big as the toilet as well! Location is super good, we cold walk to the city center very easy, also has supermarket and restaurants at the area. Friendly staff!

Not so much to complain. The shower is with a curtain and the floor got a bit yet. Also the reception is at the breakfast room but is no sign of it, so took a bit until we find it.

The accommodation is in the very center of Munich, just few steps from Vitalienmarkt. Breakfast was nice addition to the overnight. Basic German is a must to get along with the personal.

As I was there in winter, the heating wasn't sufficient in the room (old windows, big curtains), so it was tought to get warm during night. Bathroom was very old, though clean.

Our first room smelled so much like sigarets, but the lady at the reception gave us a different room which was better, bed sheets were a weird yellow colour

The shower head was loose so had to be hand held and the shower curtain was too short resulting in flooding of the TINY bathroom. Very poor lighting The ONLY bedside table had a broken door The staff were disinterested Lumpy pillows Mattress uneven and too big for the base so uncomfortable TV loosely mounted to the4 wall and not working IN short EVERYTHING

big room, big bathroom; excellent location; no lobby per se, checkin is through the breakfast room, which is small but decent.

no shower curtain, despite me requesting one; no fixed shower head so you just stand naked on the side while you rinse yourself. no smoke detector, found it inside the wardrobe. no elevators and we were on the 5th floor (which is 4th floor in Germany, they started with floor zero). signs everywhere for No Smoking but the guy beside us smoked the whole time. no insulation in the building so you can hear every conversation next to you and every scrape of furniture

comfort is not enough for the high price ! Breakfast included in the price but the staff can't give anything before 7 AM (and I have to leave Munich at 6 AM).

the dining room is bright and pleasant. staff are friendly and helpful.

the shower/ toilet in my room needs a major overhaul. sink has no drainer, shower head holder was flimsy and decor is drab and dated. my room smelled unpleasantly musty.

the bed. it was fairly comfortable but the masters topper was too small and the one pillow was too soft. also the shower curtain was too short so flooded the floor and there was no kettle/tea.

The room faced the back of a building where someone worked all night, it was difficult to sleep

Location is good!

There is no elevator, rooms are very basic and look dirty. I booked there because I needed a Baby Crib and they didn't provided one.

Location fantastic. Lady who looked after breakfast was lovely.
