The hotel was in an excellent location for us as we had arrived by train and the hotel is just across the road from the station. We were at an event at Palazzo dei Congressi and the location of the hotel was perfect. The hotel is welcoming and very clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Nothing no complaints

We had room 307 in the new building. It was a lovely room with a balcony and relatively quiet ( the hotel itself is directly opposite the railway station but this room faced the opposite direction). The breakfast was really excellent. The staff were lovely.

The bed was very hard (even by Italian standards). Our biggest problem was the air conditioning. We had it on the lowest temperature and the highest fan but the room was still so hot that we had to sleep with the balcony doors open. We asked for a fan, but none were available. 0

The breakfast was tasty and lots of selection. Our room was nice and very clean and close to the pool. We enjoyed some time lounging in the front room off the lobby and it was nice and quiet there. Bed was fairly comfortable compared to others our trip to Italy and Greece. Found a gate entrance over to the shopping and dining the last evening we were there that made it easy to pop over to. Perfect location to walk from the train station to the hotel. Close enough to the beach with a scooter, bicycle, or car, a little far for walking but still an easy walk if you don't want to rent a vehicle.

Had issues with getting bug bites by the pool and in the parking area by the shrubs, so we didn't spend time by the pool. This doesn't have to do with the hotel, but you need to come prepared with dressier clothes for evening and dinner time and make reservations ahead of time.
