La posizione, a due passi dal centro storico di Sirmione e dal Castello. Una piacevole sala colazione. Una bella camera con un bel kit di asciugamani.

Niente in particolare da segnalare. Forse il pagamento extra del parcheggio dell’hotel 15€ a notte. Ma nonostante questo ti garantisce un posto auto per muoverti a piedi nel paese e per la durata del soggiorno.

Sehr freundliches Personal! Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Zimmer sauber und nicht zu klein!

Ein-und Ausfahrt in die Garage ist eine Herausforderung wenn das Auto etwas größer ist. Schrankenöffnung kompliziert!

The location. The staff was very polite. The breakfast.

The room was very cold, some more blankets and an electric heater could really be helpful. Poor sound insulation, we could hear everything from the street.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ebenfalls ist das mit dem Parking super, sie haben eine Tiefgarage die 15€ die Nacht kostet. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls super mit viel Auswahl, alles frisch. Zur Innenstadt ist man auch schnell spaziert.

Lage war super! Frühstücksraum mit tollem Ausblick! Freundliches Personal.

Nur Kleinigkeiten, die aber nicht so gravierend sind, weil man viel unterwegs war: Kein TV - Empfang trotz Bemühungen des Personals. Laute Gräuschkulisse wegen Bauarbeiten und unmittelbare Nähe des Parkplatzes. Pool leider nicht zu benutzen.

Neueröffnung mit neuem Namen und umgebautem Empfangs und Bar Bereich.

Leider sind die Zimmer immer noch so wie vorher, wo es noch Blue lake hiess.

L'hotel ha bisogno di essere rinnovato, è vero, ma le intenzioni vanno in quella direzione (molto bella la reception e la zona colazione, appena rinnovate) e gli aspetti positivi compensano ampiamente. La piscina in terrazza poco utilizzabile per famiglie con bambini e spazi piuttosto ridotti per contenere un buon numero di ospiti, rimane comunque un buon plus

Great room, great staff, great location and fabulous breakfast.

Hotel was ideally located. Just outside the busy old town centre but within 5mins walking distance. Fantastic views from pool area to both sides of Lake Garda. Hotel and its facilities were very clean with daily cleaning of rooms. Breakfast was included and there was plenty variety. Staff were very friendly and always willing to help, even going the extra mile. Would highly recommend this hotel. A nice bonus was a little shop and Thai massage service which was located right beside the front door. Perfect relaxing getaway!

Provided tea & coffee making facilities but on requesting a small amount of fresh milk, 3 euros charged for full glass.

We had a lot of ants in our room, unfortunately.

Everything was lovely and in a perfect location. We had car parking on site - a big bonus. Staff were very helpful and our stay was most enjoyable.

Very close to the historic centre. Lovely boutique hotel. The room was small but comfortable with a good sized bathroom. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the rooftop pool because it was raining but it looked lovely. Breakfast was great and staff were friendly and welcoming.
