telephone didn’t work, room wasn’t cleaned very often even after I asked, air-con didn’t work but was then fixed, some staff were lovely but let down by the management who were mostly rude and unhelpful, food was under par, cigarette machine out of stock and no 24hr room service even of water, if you need somewhere budget to stay where it’s semi clean and the location is good and it has a pool then go for it but if you are looking for even 1% luxury give it a miss

restaurant staff SOOO SOO RUDE, especially the older guy in evenings and the younger lady with pony tail. so rude!!

The bar and the front desk were nice and friendly but the waiters in the dining room were exremely rude except for the younger man with glasses. Its close to the center and the beach which was great.

The pool was never cleaned in the five days i stayed , people peeing in there i came out and could smell urine on my bathing suit. There was random furniture being moved in the middle of the night while trying to sleep The rooms could do with an update,the bathrooms are nice though.

Nature is beautiful in Playa d’Aro. Pool is a good addition.

The hotel is overpriced, the rooms are old and ugly. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel, I wouldn’t give it even 2 stars. We were given a different room then there one on pictures. Generally looks like this place got stuck in the 80s. Bad experience.
