Everything was perfect. The owner's welcome emails were most informative making it very easy to reach the location. The young lady at the reception desk was courteous, polite and tireless in answering all my questions and most helpful in providing directions and organising the tours. The location was excellent, close to all amenities (local supermarkets, restaurants, car rental, bus stop) and a short stroll away from the centre of Oia .Neat and tidy, well organised, comfortable, self- sufficient room providing an amazing, breathtaking, mesmerising sea view. The atmosphere was most welcoming and cosy, felt like home. The hostess was warm, cordial, friendly, kind and open-hearted making sure everything was fine and providing a wealth of information about the island. Highly recommend Aspa villas.

Die beste Unterkunft auf Santorini. die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sehr sauber. Jeden Tag haben wir neue Handtücher bekommen. Das Personal war extrem nett, sehr zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns jeden Tag einen Transfer organisiert.. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, ein Supermarkt befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und der Spaziergang in die Stadt Oia dauert circa 6 Minuten zu Fuß. die Poolanlage ist sehr sauber und wird jeden Tag gereinigt

First of all the property is very nice with a wonderful view of the Caldera from the property terrace which is amazing. Property has a nice pool, with a jacuzzi. It is right touching the main street and Oia blue dommed church is 800m..which is a quick walk. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Nikoleta is a wonderful host. She was so nice to keep a welcome wine for us and also stock the fridge with some essentials. She also guided us with best possible parking areas, places to see. Amazing host. Giannis checked us in and he was very helpful. I will definitely recommend people to stay here.

Nikoleta and her staff were so friendly and helpful. The provisions left in the fridge for free were a bonus and the view from the terrace was amazing.

Beautiful accomodation, friendly staff, great location, very clean apartments and stunning views from the terrace. Once we checked in our fridge had wine, bread, orange juice, cheese, ham, yoghurt, milk and bottle of water complimentary to us from the staff overall if I could give Aspa Villas 10 stars I would. Nikoleta and Yanis are excellent hosts and very helpful, when I come back to Oia this is the only place I would like to stay again. Thanks for everything

Nikoleta made our stay wonderful! She was very resourceful, available to answer our questions and concerns, advising us on the visits/ top places to visit. Thank you so much Nikoleta! The hotel is extremely well located, clean, with a beautiful view on the terrace.

The staff was really nice, they made sure we had everything we needed. They even offered us some supplies in the fridge for the breakfast (not sure it is always like this but this was very pleasant). The room is well furnished with a boiler kettle, a toaster... There were towels for the beach/pool and some other for the shower. It is really well located, a bit in the beginning of Oia where it is more quite. The jacuzzi is really a plus, especially when it's a bit colder outside. Great view from the terrace facing the sea. It is next to the bus stop, practical to join Fira.
