we had 2 very small dogs whit us and i understand that we pay a little for them but it was 120 euro only for the dogs and they get nothing for it in return other hotels give treats for them that feals nicer

- Hotel personnel has entered room without consent and ignored the do-not-disturb sign, which is a serious breach of privacy of the customer - Almost injured due to loose hanging mirror and we have to pay extra €60 when we opened the hotelroom and the loose hanging mirror fell of the wall; not even the net present value for an old used mirror but the full amount. Luckily our toddler was not in the area when that happened, otherwise he could have been seriously injured as well. - Too small elevator which a babystroller could not even fit in. And also extra few stairs in the first floor so that you should carry the babystroller yourself. Conclusion; you should consider visit this hotel if you want hotel personnel sneaking in your hotel room without consent and if you want to pay extra full amount of loose hanging mirror during your stay and if you want to carry the babystroller yourself.

The hotel is in a great location, offers an excellent breakfast, and the room was spacious and warm, offering basic amenities such as kettle, rea, coffee, and obviously a fair size TV. It was cleaned daily, and the staff were friendly. I would stay here again.

Arranged parking with email confirmation but on arrival was told it was full and needed to find alternative parking at local park house, less for the final night.

Breakfast was exceptional with humbleness from the 2 staff members at breakfast. Always making sure the guests are enjoying their time at breakfast table.

Booking.com mentioned twin bed while booking but it was single bed allotted during check-in In addition, if hotel can consider few basic things to be provided like # Dental kit (Toothbrush / toothpaste) # Shaving kit

The breakfast was great. The location was amazing close to the Christmas markets. Also great staff and very helpful.

I had to contact the reception more times, and they said they could not help, first late night the same day, they fix the tv, because the TV did´nt function. And the cooler did not work either.The bathroom water did not function either. The elevator did not function as expectet. I was not happy for this stay :(

On reception desk we received all the help we needed. Extremely helpful.

The bed was just a bit uncomfortable. The mattress isn’t even: I kept forcing to the middle.
