One of the most amazing hotels we have ever been!!! The property is huge, a giant swimming pool, two beaches, a grocery and a lot of other things. A lot of restaurants 5 min drive. The rooms are very clean and comfortable especially the beds. The staff does everything to satisfy you. The breakfast is delicious, a vareity of choices. If you seek for a calm and classy this is the place for you!!

- We had a hick-up on our first evening when we arrived late. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and our hairdryer was in a box filled with water. When the cleaning staff came, they took the hairdryer with them and did not bring it back. - While the hotel has been newly renovated, some older infrastructure still remain such as room AC, public hotel bathroom‘s

Amazing Stay! We booked a family villa with a private pool, don’t regret it! Amazing hotel location and facilities are amazing, staff are very friendly and accomodating, excellent restaurants and restaurant staff are also very kind and helpful! Definitely recommend, next time we’re in Crete we’ll be back!

The beach.

Their marketing on social media and the pictures on Booking.com is a scam. It’s not worth 5 stars. I think it’s because it’s managed by Hilton that they can pay for fake reviews and good marketing. If you look for a nice 5 stars go to Acro Suites or La Mer Resort & Spa.

All facilities provided was everything you needed. place to relax, swim, eat, drink. the lot. staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way and very friendly. Arina at front desk was fantastic, Katerina by the pool was very pleasant, Georgious at dinner was very friendly.

my joy for this place was so high I can’t think of any.

Food was good.

They had no smart TVs; therefore, you cannot watch Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc., There were only 10 channels and only 2 were in English. The beds were very hard and they push 2 singles together to make a queen. The blankets were tiny, I felt like I was in a child's bed! The room was small also. For a "5 star" RESORT I was excepting at least the basics. When I brought up these concerns and wanted to leave, they made it very difficult me and I lost a half of day over this. They kept saying they couldn't help me and its up to the owner. When I asked if I could talk to him they said no, he is an important and busy guy.

very nice and helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms, amazing breakfast (dinner as well), free transfer to the sister-hotel, a working wifi. all in all a place I’d go back to.

Excellent facilities, private beach and big pool that you can swim if this is what you are looking for. The service from the team was personal and outstanding. We had a small incident and they took full care of it very fast. The location is 20 minutes drive from the city which give a great opportunity to find a nice taverna for dinner

We were at the end of the season and so the weather started to be a little cold in the private pool which is not warmed.

The restaurants in the Resort was quite expensive, for what you get, too expensive. Also the drinks were too expensive.

The multitude of things to do, the diversity of the food, the staff, the view.

We payed a serious amount of money to have a private pool for our honeymoon. but Our pool was not that private, a lot of people were passing by and looked into the yard we were placed. We asked for a different private room after 5 days of stay and it was possible… our question was why not give us that room in the first place giving the fact the we mentioned that it was our honeymoon. - Ants everywhere.

Food was very good and the hotel layout worked brilliantly.

The towels were old, some were frayed and others had holes in. The room was never cleaned properly, nor were the coffee pods, toilet paper, shower gels or water fully replaced or our things tidied. I also found the more senior staff very cold and unapproachable. The restaurant staff were lovely, however.
