Clean room, comfortable bed, and nice restaurant with quality food at reasonable prices. And it was nice to have an in-house place to enjoy a drink.

It was self-evident that the hotel was understaffed with the front desk personnel also expected to manage the restaurant operations and deliver items to hotel guest rooms. Thus service was inevitably slow. Also, the TV did not work upon arrival, which was subsequently fixed but then did not work again the next day. And I do not understand why the shower wall did not extend out further. The water sprayed all over the floor and completely soaked the bathroom floor mat. And the dinner portions were huge. I had a chicken sandwich with two chicken breasts, way more food than necessary. It's unfortunate because the dessert menu looked terrific and well-priced, but I was beyond full and thus declined to have a dessert. Reduce the chicken sandwich to one breast, still a deal at the current price, and increase your profit margin. Plus smaller portions will lead to more folks eating dessert, thus further increasing your revenues from restaurant operations. And why no wash cloths anymore? What are guests supposed to wash themselves with? It's a curious practice that exists at other hotels as well and I just don't understand why wash cloths are no longer provided.

The room was clean and tidy. Only thing would say that there wasn't enough milk coffee and sugars for your stay had to kept having to ask, aswell as another towel and there was 4 of us traveling 2 adults 2 children.

Rooms are very sapcious, beds comfortable. Staff very friendly.

we were not aware that the hotel was at situated directly in front of the hotel full of refugees where only the week before there had been demonstrations by locals. I didn’t feel safe to be outside. Also the staff didn’t seem to care much about visitors it was as if we were an inconvenience

The hotel has been revamped and looks really good. I have stayed prior to it being updated and find that this is a good hotel overall and somewhere that I like to return to. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Room felt spacious and clean. We did not have breakfast due to having to leave the hotel early however the restaurant area looked clean and tidy.

Nothing - I find this to be a great hotel if you are driving and need somewhere to stay outside of the City Centre.

It was a cross between a hostel and an old people’s home. Although cheap, still poor value for money.

The greeting by the reception team and breakfast and bar area in convenient location, also property has a lift and adequate secure parking.

Building works were being undertaken so limited space in reception bar area, not too much of a major problem however this should have really been informed when/ shortly after booking and reflected in the Price (made cheaper as pricing was similar to other weekends for the venue upon checking).

They did tell us after booking that restaurant and bar were being done up and it was a grab bag for breakfast, it was better than expected, but some proper coffee would have been appreciated Room was really cold on arrival
