I would recommend the Kings Head Warwick…..we were given a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The room was comfortable and the breakfast very good. as was the location , quite close to the main square in Warwick. We also enjoyed Tapas there the evening we stayed….,highly recommended!!

As we live in the country we did struggle a little with the traffic noise….we had a bedroom at the front of the building.

The property is a couple of minutes walk from the main square in Warwick. It’s a great pub with sky tv so we were able to watch a football match. The garden area is great with outdoor seating and we managed to park. The food is out of this world and highly recommended. We had tapas and could have eaten it all day long! Amazing 🤩

There was nothing negative at all

We like to travel and stay in different places around the world big or small, apartments or hotel, but I usually do not write reviews and if I do, they are positive. This is my first negative review. I believe fellow travelers must be warned. Stay away from this place at any cost and this is why: Pros: Location. It is in walking distance from the Warwick Castle, but this is the only good thing that I can say about it, and it is not important if you are traveling by car because Warwick Castle has a good, big parking. Cons: 1. There is no customer service at all. The manager told me several times that they are an old pub and not a hotel. If I needed service, I had to book a hotel. 2. We checked in on a warm June evening. The room was extremely hot, it was impossible to breathe because there was no air conditioning and the window in the room was blocked with a plastic panel to “prevent noise from the street” according to the manager. 3. The attempt to take a shower was not successful because there was no hot water. We had no choice but to find different accommodations and to leave the pub in the middle of the night. I tried to get a refund from this unlivable place and was told that according to their policy they do not give refunds under any circumstances because we checked in and used the room. As result our vacation was spoiled, and we had to pay for this night twice. Thank God we only had one night in this terrible place.

Room and breakfast and staff were excellent. Pity there isn't any staff in the building after the pub closes as we had guests still up till 2am making lots of noise and keeping everyone awake.

No staff after the pub closes no facilities for the disabled 2 lots of stairs to climb that are narrow. There were hand rails on them

Second floor room. Wifi didn't reach. No hot water first morning.

Food was good and the staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Room was very tired, bathroom shower was terrible and the waterflow was poor, could not open the window in the bathroom as screwed down. Carpark only holds 4 x vehicles, doesn't state this on the booking.
