We loved everything about Aleesha. We felt very welcome right from the beginning to end. It has a lovely friendly restaurant with good meals. The staff were very helpful. The villa and pool were magnificent. I would highly recommend a stay here.

The pool, gardens and exterior of the property were well maintained and very pleasant. The huge room had all the basic requirements including Wi Fi with an option to include breakfast in the daily rate. The staff were lovely and very keen to assist with any request.

The interior cleanliness of the property left a lot to be desired. The beds and towels were clean but the bathroom, kitchen and floors all needed a good scrub and lots of maintenance.

The staff were so friendly and professional. We loved our private pool villla which was serviced everyday. The location is about 1.2kms from the beach but it is quiet and handy to all amenities. Will come back again.

The room was relatively clean. It could do with a few things being replaced like the kitchen rubbish bin and the shower soap holders which were rusty. Only minor things really.

The privacy was perfect. So was the private pool. Plenty of space. Friendly and helpful staff.

The place badly needs modernization and some fixing. Toilet didn't flush, one door was off its hinges and didn't close properly, fridge missed the door to the freezer, so that didn't work. Sheet was full of stains. We did like our stay because of the privacy and private pool, plus the staff. However, for this price range, it should not have been in the state that is was. This is a seriously annoying missed chance. There have just been two years of covid and no tourists, so there would have been ample opportunity to modernise or at least fix the little things and give it a paint job. Without that, I don't think it justifies the price and second rank location compared to the beach options for the same price.

this place is amazing, a great hidden group of villas. the staff are very attentive and extremely helpful, this place is perfect for families.

investing in new mattresses and pillows is the only fault with the villas, I am sure the mattress we had was as old as elvis.

Location was a bit far and narrow convoluted streets difficult to navigate especially at night. shuttle only ran twice a day although staff were quite helpful when possible.

Everything was great - the staff were kind and helpful in all my interactions with them. The room was perfect and I used the pool heaps - great to be able to jump out of bed straight into the pool. Breakfast was simple but more than enough for me.

We loved the Nusa Villa #5 and wish we had stayed there rather than move into the private pool villa Florence. The rooms are huge and have all the facilities we love, eg cooking breakfast. The main pool was in the sun so it was beautiful to swim in. The Florence villa pool was too cold for us. . We would return to Villa Nusa anytime.

Florence was smelly in the bathroom, the pool was cold and the TV didn't have audio on the Australian Rules Football channel.

We had a private pool and our suite was spacious with lovely cane furniture and a very comfortable bed they served us our breakfast in our dining area every morning. Juice/omelet/toast and coffee it was a beautiful three days and perfect for us to have such a completely quiet and private accommodation. By the time we checked out 3 days later we had recovered from an arduous journey via Auckland/Sydney/Singapore from Dunedin NZ. We found a very good driver to take us to Saraya beach for $50 NZ which was $20 Cheaper than the nearest quote he is a very safe driver and I can highly recommend him +6281338419742

The space in the 3 bedroom villa with own bathroom! The pool area!

The bathrooms and kitchens needed a thorough clean with bleach. Some of the taps in the bathroom were broken. The right number of crockery and utensils in each area is needed! Walls needed fixing and repainting. Lighting in the bathroom was very dull. The walls also had mould. The information book needed to be updated with the correct information!

The location

The villa was very dated and needed a lot of money spent on it, the photos are not accurate, very out of date from perhaps 3 years or so ago, if you get a chance you should visit before booking. Very disappointed with the overall presentation of the villa and the stale smell thrughout. The kitchen lacked basic cooking utensils and had one very small frying pan, no cutlery and not much else!

nothing good to mention at all

- old and rusty, the handwash are rusty and green - room has a smell, toilet has a smell - did not use the bathtub at all as a cockroach was in it, probably came up from the pipes. - toilet light was so dim - villa pictures were so different from the photos, the villa looks damn old. - cabinets are old and creaky - not a decent stay at all, would have rather not stayed here - honestly the villa needs a revamp.

Nice garden surround there, nice staff, good breakfests, ideal for an alone travaller or for a couple. A little bit futher from the main street, but with a motor bike, no problem.

Around windows are gaps, which are sufficiently big for geckons, so sometimes, you can have a leaseholder for free. Equipment is older. Everything is the same almost in all hotels. I was in four there. Gaps, equipment etc. But nothing horrible. It is worth being there. I love this island.
