Very clean, easy to find. Nice rooms, great pool, all kind of extra possibilities available as facilities. Good service, warm welcoming staff. Very polite staff. Quit sleep.

The breakfast is not very good, the taste is so-so, the environment around the house is not very good, there are houses under construction

We had a room by the pool and it was terrific. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Deck by pool had table and chairs where we often ate our evening meal. Had sun lounges to laze away the afternoon by the pool. Facilities were excellent.
Nothing - everything was lovely. Couple of comments: extra hook or hanger in bathroom to hang towels and ladder or steps required for pool rooms to make it easier to get out of the pool with those rooms.

Summary:
The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and within walking distance of popular restaurants like McDonald's and Starbucks. The pillow provided was exceptionally comfortable, and the bed was very soft, resulting in a wonderful night's sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options.
One downside was that the bedside windows faced another room directly, compromising privacy when opening the curtains to let sunlight in.

My family enjoyed swimming in the pool. There were plenty of chairs by the pool to relax in. The breakfast buffet was very nice, and the workers were all kind. I also recommend the massages.

Although the hotel is at the busy road Jalan Bypass Ngurah Rai (and yes, upfront we were aware of that) I must say that inside the hotel you don't get much of the traffic noice. The entrance of the hotel is quite grand. We had a room upgrade (executive poolview, nice and big!) which we were very grateful for. The staff was great and very helpful. We were in Bali during the lowseason, the Grand Palace is the only hotel in our four week trip with the best price/quality ratio (more to the lowseason price level from before the pandemic in my opinion).
Maybe the breakfast can do with a bit more upgrade. Good coffee, more intercontinental etc. But that is really, really neglilible.

We really enjoyed our stay here, excellent room and pool, staff are friendly. Good location too for beach access.
The hotel is just off a busy highway, the pavement is very dangerous and has lots of holes and open drains. Be careful when walking to and from the beach, busy areas
