Excellent value for money. Fantastic location just in front of Porta Nuova. Close to train station, Metro and bus station. Also within walking distance to all the main attractions! Rooms are cosy and comfortable and are kept incredibly clean by dedicated staff. Reception staff was always ready to help with every question.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. A well-run hotel with all the important things in place..good, clean rooms, good wifi, great location.

De eerste nacht hadden we een kamer aan de voorkant. Daar is enorm veel herrie van de tram die vaak langsrijdt. Ook ander verkeer zoals ambulances zijn heel hard te horen. Op ons verzoek kregen we direct een andere kamer. Die was uitstekend.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Obsługa sympatyczna i pomocna, a rano gratis kawka z uwagi na brak śniadań w hotelu.

Jest troszkę stary, ale było ciepło i wygodnie.

Since it is a 2 star hotel it was much much better than what I was expecting. During my trip to Italy I stayed in 4 hotels (the others were 3 stared, well reviewed hotels); this one was the best. Plus both the room and the bathroom is enormous!

Very clean. Superb location for the centre and Porto Nuova. Good sized room for price in an historic building with character. Superb shower though it took a while to come out hot but worth the wait.
