The owner went above and beyond to supply us with any stuff we needed no matter what! He was so kind
Some residents were noisy but what can you do about it!

There seemed to be permanent residents living there.
It was like a homeless shelter.
No covered parking.

It was close to the venue we were attending that night.

We had 3 nights the image shows only 2 nights.

The old table chairs need replacing.
The broken lock on front door.
No holder in the shower for soap.
Bed pillows were old and useless.
Aircon too old and too noisy...a ceiling fan would have been helpful but none there.
Generally speaking a good renovation is required.

I liked the location and the friendly staff. My son enjoyed the spa and the aircon
The doors in the bathroom were a little frustrating as they would collide together at times.
There were bugs in the pool.

Handy to Coolangatta GC50 run and food places.
The room smelt of stale smoke and for a family room only had one plate,bowl,cup etc. Overall cleanliness was poor.

we had a two night stay, the second night we returned to our room which had not been touched, we thought they may have tidied up , and left us some more Coffee sugar etc , then the last morning at 4-30am a group of Asian travellers who were leaving early had a team meeting for about half hour , not impressed.

The manager was flexible with our check in time and let us check in early so we could get ready for a wedding.
The second room didn’t have any air conditioning or fans and needed to have a couple of power outlets.

Location and that we could take our dog!
We had no hot water on the evening of our stay and we were unable to shower. We did however have hot water the next morning. Management assured us he was looking into it. It appears from previous reviews that it is an ongoing problem.

it was dirty. room had holes everywhere dirty also flees and stunk. the main bed was dipped so couldn’t sleep properly
