I didn’t like at all because it is not as on Booking website. What is promise doesn’t look so good at the end.
Check-in: the person responsible for it never shows up, evens during nn the “checkin times”.
Room: incredible small, with no surfaces, the toilet is in front of the access of the shower, there are no places to hang towels, there is rust and it is old and dirty.
Breakfast: old American coffee and a couple of slices of ham, salame e 4 biscuits.

It was a very peaceful hotel with wonderful views of Valle Gran Rey and the mountains from our lovely wooden balcony. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was set in La Calera which is a historic area with little streets without cars. We would definitely stay there again. Staff were very friendly especially Lucy and Conchi.

Set in the lovely hills of La Calera, Hotel Jardín Concha was the perfect place to stay during our visit to Valle Gran Rey. We really enjoyed the peaceful and relaxed atmosphere of Hotel Jardín Concha and La Calera. Only a short walk brings you to the other busier areas - La Playa, Puntilla and Vueltas - to the beaches, cafes and restaurants. The room was perfect - very bright and clean - and had everything that we needed. The breakfast was great, staff super friendly and we were also so lucky to have a large terrace with sun loungers, a table and chairs, and wonderful view of the sea. We spent some sunny days relaxing and having lovely lunch with local veg and mojo from the nearby vegetavle producers. We would highly recommend staying at Hotel Jardín Concha for anyone looking to explore Valle Gran Rey and Lá Gomera.
Unfortunately the holder for our shower head was broken so we had to hold it when showering or try to balance it. A small inconvenience and it didn't ruin our stay by any means, but a simple fix for the next guests. :)

Very charming bedroom with beautiful French doors pending onto a private balcony overlooking the sea. For the price it’s really great value!
The breakfast is continental - simple but good. Could have been nice to have some eggs and/or table service.

lovely clean bedroom. big comfortable bed. excellent location
the door to the room locks when you close it. we were locked outside with the key in the inside lock as there was nothing to advise of this happening. a locksmith had to be called to sort it. this had clearly happened before so the locks on the doors need to be changed

Great views & feeling of being in an atmospheric/ private location.
There was a large step down to the bedroom door which had to be there so that the door would open but it presented a risk of falling when you got out of bed.

The hotel is really very nice and it has a great view.
For the price of the room breakfast could have included or be cheaper. Breakfast was great but 8 EUR is overpriced.
Also, I wrote two messages via Booking and none was answered.

The style of the hotel was very good
Kept awake by a dog and a cat, the kitchen was not available when we wanted it, the air con did not work and the Wi-Fi was intermittent.

Loved the very tasty breakfast - best breakfast on la isla. Also the terrace is wonderful!

Hostess was really nice, we really felt looked after. She waited us even after the reception hours. Breakfast with only €8 extra per person was a very good choice. Perfect for simple stay, family owned business, they are really putting their souls in. We liked it!
