Close to the train station, room was clean and spacious with a sitting area. View is great.

So close to "town", the train, eating places.
Helpful, friendly staff. Excellent scenery. Quiet.

My only suggestion: rather than expecting guests to leave shoes outside the shower cubicles, have a mop in the bathroom so guests can clean their shower cubical after themselves.
The dominance of cruise ships in the fiord, their air pollution and their passengers was a great blot on the place, though by no fault of the Hostel.

The location
The room was very basic and you had to make your own bed and remove the bedding on check out. Also there was a charge for towels

Good surrounding environment, quite place, clean and organized kitchen and dining area. Separated garbages and recycle, firmed bed.Room is clean but small.
Room is small ,not enough spaces to put luggages, picture on the website provides inaccurate information about the room view and customer expectation. Extra charges for towels did not specified clearly ahead at the booking time. A little bit far from Ferry port and train station. Not much outdoor sitting area.

The hostel is located in a beautiful place. The staff is very kind, helpful and friendly. We were very happy to stay in this place and enchanted by the village of Flåm.

Good location, very clean and comfortable, good kitchen facilities. Half the prices of elsewhere in flam but this has everything you need.
Mild annoyance was the internet didn't reach my room so had to use data the whole time I was there.

Easy check-in, great location in Flåm. The shared kitchen was clean and well equipped.
The beds were comfortable. It was quiet in the night.
There was no soap in the bathroom, even in the one downstairs. The bedlinen are included, but not the towels.

1 The under bed of the bunk bed is 1.2 m wide, which is comfortable.
2 The kitchen is really large. There is a cooking pot for everyone to use. There are also ovens, free breads. We baked our pizza, which we bought in the coop supermarket.

you have to notice that it's hostel. We brought our own towels and soaps. So there's no problem there. The linens are provided at the front desk. (It's already included in the price we paid)

Quiet location and relatively close to train station.
It was cold and the only way to heat up the room was through the floor, which takes hours to be actually felt. There are no coffees nearby to have breakfast -either cook it there or walk to the centre. No opaque curtains, don't stay of you are light sensitive, especially in summer.

Great hostel very close to Flam harbour. The kitchen was well equiped and clean. Near by is Coop market and Flam tourist center with restaurants and gift shops.
