A estrutura do hotel é maravilhosa, vista linda do pôr do sol, localização muito boa e quartos espaçosos. Funcionários do bar e restaurante foram atenciosos. Restaurante e café da manhã divinos.

Escolhemos esse hotel encantados pelo que vimos no Instagram. Mas se tu vais esperando um atendimento de excelência, esqueça! Desde a chegada já foi decepcionante! Contratamos (pelo próprio hotel) o transfer do aeroporto para o hotel e já na chegada foi solicitado que pagássemos o transfer naquela hora “porque eles preferem assim”! Na recepção, mesma decepção! Atendentes sem simpatia alguma, parecendo que estão fazendo um favor em te atender! O que decepciona demais, pois o valor que se paga para ficar nesse hotel não é pouco! Outra coisa que nos desagradou bastante, foi o fato da piscina ser aberta ao público, ou seja, tu estás hospedado e corres o risco de não ter lugar para ti na piscina porque pessoas de fora podem estar utilizando o espaço.

- Breakfast buffet was amazing and had plenty of choice in all aspects - The Spa was great, the masseuses really knew what they were doing and the whole experience was top notch - Bed were really comfortable - The beds on the main pool were relaxing with plenty of room for cocktails and food - Location was good, not too far from the old town

- None of the pools including private one were heated - Service can be hit and miss. Was hard to get attention near the pool and lack of communication around a delayed transfer - Main pool is just above a main road which means you see the top of coaches go past which lessens the luxury feel

YOU MUST STAY IN THIS HOTEL. This is the best hotel I have ever been in my entire life. I have been to luxurious ones all over USA, Dubai, Malaysia but this one exceeded our expectations. Staff are beyond nice from drivers to concierge(Nicholas) , they are very welcoming and helpful. Best food in Greece, we have never tasted steak and burger like that, even the wugy beef is Delicious. The breakfast is out of this world. Let even not talk about the rooms decorum,cleanliness and the smell. We are 10000000% satisfied and I will recommend it to everyone.

the pool side food was terrible . Got the chicken sausages on skewers and it made me sick .

the view, the rooms, the staff, the breakfast was one of the best ones we ever had. everything was just perfect

Everything perfect! We got upgrade of the room plus late check out. Very nice facilities, stuff and good food.

Pool area (pillows) need to be renovated.
