We thought it was all lovely

Location was fantastic. From the back doors and balcony we could see directly into the forest. That was both beautiful and serene. Also, there were so many birds and they came and sat in close-by bushes. Although the property is on the highway, it was very quiet. Gardens just gorgeous, luxuriant. Highly recommended. Easy walking into the main part of town. Room very comfortable. Spa was the sealer on comfort and enjoyment.

Breakfast could have offered more variety. Better tasting bread would be good. However, this was not an issue. Just put it in because question asked about an improvement.

The beds were amazingly comfortable. Loved the location in the forest and the beautiful gardens in the hotel. Spa bath was amazing.

The location is in the forest. I love it. The staffs were kind. They were helpful. Complimentary breakfast was enough and good.

The guests next room were noisy on the balcony.

Loved everything about this stay! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Located a very short walk into town and next door to the brewery. Room was very clean and comfy. Loved waking up to the sound of birds and watching them from the back deck. The breakfast was wonderful.

Road traffic was a little intrusive, as we had a balcony facing the main road.

The units are set in delightful gardens and look out from the unit to the forest behind. Very quiet despite being on Caves Road. Easy walk into the town and easy access to the walking trails. The simple buffet breakfast was very good. Free videos,books and cold water available all day. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

The small hand basin in the bathroom made it slightly difficult to fill the kettle and wash out the glasses,plates and cups.

Perfect Location. Nice view. Quiet room.

Steps with no disability access if you use a wheelchair or pram you will struggle. Don’t expect friendly staff. Breakfast is poor.

We found the location excellent as it was within walking distance to town and the walking trails next to the lodge

area looked nice was quiet and relaxing and the spa was a nice extra

The complimentary breakfast was really lovely and with plenty of options. The rooms were large and very comfortable and the balcony and view to the bush was very tranquil.

Would have loved for there to be a sink in the room for us to fill up water bottles and wash dishes as that was the only thing that was a bit difficult to manage.
