Helpful staff Big comfortable room (I had "de lux" standard), quiet location, good natural lights in room.

The gym needs some love ;-). Several machines are broken. But it's pretty big and airy.

Wi-Fi too bad

The choice of breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is central to everything in the downtown area. There are bars, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. And the hotel itself also has a restaurant by the poolside. The staff were always very pleasant and very friendly. And the WiFi signal was strong enough for what I needed. I stayed for a almost a month and the WiFi only dropped once.

The fruit at breakfast always had little flies by the time I came down to eat, so better coverings for the fruit are necessary. As a result, I rarely ate the fruit. None of the staff speak English, even though this website says they do. Fortunately, I speak enough Portuguese to muddle through.

The rooms had a good size and the staff was helpful.

The garage was terrible! impossible to maneuver and lacking spaces for everyone.

Poor wifi service

The location is very good, staff 👌.

The bedroom was dirty, specially under the bed, the breakfast was poor, little amount of options.

Location is very central. Inside the room is very tranquil, peaceful and comfortable.

Currently the gym, swimming pool and sauna is closed due to the plandemic "restrictions". (IDIOTIC, since gym and swimming improves your health more than any "pill" or "vaccine"). However, I don't think the hotel has any choice or say in this. It's likely forced orders from the corrupt municipality and low-I.Q. governors of Minas Gerais. The perspex screens in the restaurant is also hilariously stupid (from a scientific viewpoint). The only criticism which the hotel possibly has control over: There is no kettle to make coffee or tea, in the room. (this should be changed, otherwise I wouldn't want to stay there again).

The building has a beautiful decoration in the common area. The restaurant and the breakfast room are located near the swimming pool, what gives a nice view. The staff was really friendly.

The internet connection does not work very well but it’s enough for some time in the web. It wasn’t fast for the social media. At the checkout, they tried to charge me for the night again - I need to enforce that I payed already.
