We had the 3 bedrooms house so it was quite spacious for my family of 5.
Nothing! We only stayed one night and everything we needed was there.

The balcony’s face each other with a metre between . I was in 2d and the person in A or B was very heavy footed.

Steve was very helpful and arranged for our key to be available when we knew we would arrive late. He still gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. The room was spacious even for 4 people. The kitchenette was a good size, and everything was very clean.
Our stay was only one night. I wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed at the house that is detached from the main Motel. The house was good for our group of two families with children 3-7yo. The house is well equipped. Tin Can Bay is a nice / quiet fisherman town, a good location to explore the surroundings, including the local marinas and boat ramp, Rainbow Beach, the sandblow and as a base point to ferry to Fraser Island :)
Resupply of coffee, tea and milk would have been nice. We didn't interact much with the motel staff which is fine but perhaps it'd be good for them to check in every now and then with people staying in the house.

Beautiful room with lots of space, really close to Tin Can bay, the new owner was really helpful and friendly, loved our stay here.

More space than most motels. Microwave as well as usual tea/coffee facilities. Pub next door had decent good value meals. Jenny at reception was very helpful and friendly. She organized delicious platter of local seafood to be delivered to our room. Oh, and nice gardens and BBQ area too.
