Nice place

The smelling in the room, it was pet friendly room but there is smell after the other dogs which stayed in this room before. Our tiny York was shocked because always shampooing

It doesn't have an elevator.

The location(in the park)

Too small room and a bathroom. A shower cabin would have been much more comfortable rather than the bath tube. The floor was always wet thus slippery. My son fell in the bathroom and bruised his leg.

Breakfasts - very poor assortment. Almost no vegetables, missing ketchup, mustard... Just 3 cheeses and 4 salamis and that's it. First day I came at 9.45 and there were no eggs (fried or scrambled) - I asked the waiter to bring some - he said yes, but did not appear anymore. A la carte dinners - nice choice of different meals, salads of average taste, beef steak quite tasty, but side dish (potatoes) cold. Little bit more care and fine tuning would shift the quality to completely different level.

The staff was welcoming and attentive. The room I stayed in was clean and cozy, it had all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was ideal for me as it was situated in the park. Good Wi-Fi, free parking.

Breakfast wasn't great and the owner was a bit rude for having our cars running while we were literally about to get in and leave.

We liked everything about this place-the hotel,the friendly staff,the environnement,beautiful park,fantastic nature!!!

The bed was good if you like a bit harder mattress, it was clean, nice toiletries. Very nice that it's almost in the mountain, you're surrounded by nature and nice air. Decent breakfast. Overall not a bad place, we might visit again.

The mattress protector is nylon and makes you sweat, it should be changed with something more breathable, not enough space in the double rooms for a third bed (and they do put one in so it becomes really crowded). No room to hang the towels. And the reastaurant menu seems great, the products also seem good but the overall meal has no seasoning and in the end is not very delicious, even if it seems they tried a lot.
