The room was clean, tidy and very comfortable. The staff were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Great price and within walking distance to the centre of town.

That I caught up with friends only reason why I booked there

The chemicals or whatever they clean the place was way too strong and I'm not sensitive. The sheets smelt of chemicals plus the room Was unable to sleep. Aired the room out for 5 hours before bed. There were no fly screens, so I couldn't keep the window opened.. lots of insects and moths dur to no screens. Which then loved my skin.. I'm glad I only stayed one night..

Management are lovely! Location is great and price is affordable.

Can be a little noisy on the main road and some neighbours can be inconsiderate, but that’s to be expected in such close quarters.

very short on cutlery no dish washing liquid at all family room not enough chairs beds uncomfortable.

Welcoming owners who communicated well and surprised with extra consideration on our arrival. Nothing was too much trouble as evidenced by the cleanliness. The motel is undergoing renovation with clear focus on welcoming and comfort of guests.

Not enough cutlery or crockery. The Lino on the floor was torn, and the floors were not clean. A lot of road noise and unfortunately the people in the next room were really noisy.

The lady at reception was lovely. The room was basic and a bit run down. The area was a bit rough and the door lock was a bit dodgy so i ended up pushing the single bed up against it. The staff were lovely though and it was a place to sleep after a big day driving from Mackay.

I think the room was a bit run down and door didn't lock properly.
