Absolutely loved our stay at Pondok Santi Estate all the staff were so helpful and friendly and always . Check In was great. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained by the gardeners. We stayed in a Bungalow with a garden view which was located at the back of the property the views of the gardens were beautiful & it was so quiet, the decor in the rooms and in the communal areas were to a high standard & the outdoor private bathroom at the back of the bungalow was gorgeous. The rooms were cleaned daily & to a great standard. The private beach is beautiful and has sun loungers and day beds available for hotel guests. Breakfast is made to order and was great each day, we also had lunch and dinner at the hotel and the food was really good . The Pool is set back from the beach and is lovely it overlooks the gardens & there is a pool bar. The location is also great it’s about a 5 minute walk to all the lively bars so nice and quiet when you get back to your bungalow Would Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again .

Pondok Santi Estate was relaxing, beautifully kept, clean and located in the perfect spot. The resort itself is very spacious, private and quiet, being walking distance to sunset point and the main restaurants in town but quiet enough not to hear the party music at night. It is a 15 minute walk from the main port which was very manageable on foot. The resort had generous (free) inclusions, including free snorkel gear (just make sure you reserve it early in the day), free bikes (same), free towels to use by the pool as well as to take out of the resort for the beach. Breakfast was delicious and diverse, as was the room service menu, which included local Indonesian dishes as well as more Western style dishes. The rooms and grounds were immaculately kept, cleaned daily, with an extra turn-down service as well. Note that the bathrooms are outdoors, though in a private Courtyard with a lovely garden. Rooms are spacious, comfortably air-conditioned and include lots of thoughtful extras (mosquito repellant, free filtered water to drink). We also opted for the in-room massage which was very relaxing and decently priced. The staff were approachable, professional and very helpful. We also stayed at Pearl of Trawangan for one night and far preferred Pondok Santi Estate. Pondok Santi Estate is worth every dollar and I hope we get to go back one day!

everything about this property is excellent. very friendly and helpful staff. free bike and snorkel rentals. daily breakfast on the beach. perfect location with 10 mins walk to either sunset beach or the gili t strip but far enough away that you are not hearing clubbing music all night. simply exceptional. we were bummed when we had to move hotels for our fourth night!

Outdoor bathroom with a door but… with a window without any glass. So lizards, frogs and all kind of animals enter the bathroom.

The resort was first class, staff were all very friendly, helpful. Everything was extremely clean. Location excellent.
