Comfy clean and good breakfast

The saff were very helpful and the room was quiet and cosy.
The tv was rathr small, i'm not a fan of massive screens but this was a bit small.

Amazing hotel, we were attending a wedding & we asked if we could check in early which the hotel allowed. Room was very comfortable. Brilliant hotel, amazing breakfast, super efficient staff, we would definitely recommend to others x

Zimmer Betten waren sehr klein (Doppelzimmer)
Nachts kein Licht auf dem Zimmer, wir sind Nachts zwischen 3:00-4:00 Uhr Ausgecheck und konnten uns nicht richtig richten.
Frühstück war wenig Auswahl, keine Wurst, kein Käse,
(nur ein paar Kartoffelpuffer, Wiener warm, Rührei und Erbseneintopf. Brot und Marmelade, Nutella, Butter)

Very clean and well-lit accommodation. Good location (and with parking). Nice breakfast choices.
I had to request a VAT invoice as Desk Staff did not seem to think they could as I had booked through Booking.com. (they also seemed a bit crumpy about my booking being through that as well, or perhaps I imagined that). No biggie!

Staff friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable. City centre nearby with many shopping facilities. Station not far away (around 25 minutes walk, but better take a taxi for around 7 GBP). This accomodation is a real good alternative for a short trip to London considering the many poor, dirty and expensive hotels in London. Will definitely come back for the next London trip.
Bar mostly understaffed, only one person taking care of orders. Especially in the evening long queues, sometimes waiting 15 minutes to order something to drink.

we were out all day on the Saturday until 9pm and we got to out room and the door was open , and looked like it had been open all day with a card for electric left in the slot, likely nothing was missing

we stayed for 3 weeks. We had to keep on reminding them almost every day for cleaning room. How ever the staff was polite and the reception people are super efficient. A good place for a training program which was within hotel. Breakfast was exact same all days which was filling but boring. The food alcarte was good.

Parking not easy to figure out, and walking from multi-storey uneasy.

Breakfast is plenty of variety and delicious. Tried Dinner menu for first time and the Angus burger was unreal would 100% recommend and waited no longer than 10mins for my food.

The location
There was a seating area right outside my room on the 3rd floor, I had to ask other guests to be quiet after 11pm at night while I was trying to sleep.
The room wasn’t the cleanest.
