Friendly staff. Nice pool.
A lot of noise in some of our rooms due aircon units mounted just outside the Windows. Lobby bar did open some nights due to lack of staff.

Location across from the beach was great. The staff were friendly. Breakfast provided a mix asian/American and was good value.
Room was very clean. Big fridge for storing items.
Bathroom lighting very poor.
The balconies were very small (3rd floor building B). Not even room for a chair. Sea view was obstructed by resort trees. Need to be level 4 to get Seaview.
Road can be very noisy at night, so you can't leave doors open to get sea breeze, have to use A/c.
Expect a hotel/resort of this standard to offer decent TV. if you just want to relax for a night in- No movies!!!! All channels are thai language only.

The pool was beautuful. Also no spa as advertised which I was hoping to use. The balconies are a bit too small.

The reception staff are calm and charming. Especially Dee, who was most helpful. Check in was smooth and easy. The rooms are nice. Very clean and well kept. Tv does not haves English channels however. The breakfast is adequate, though it used to be better. The coffee should be real, unfortunately I think it is Nescafé. But the location is perfect for this area.I have been to this hotel many times.
