Noisy dog barking all day and night in a very near by house, noisy guests waking us up at 3am. Room door not well fitted and noisy, had to put a magazine under the door to stop it from banging on the frame

The property was very quirky yet lovingly cared for and squeeky clean surrounded by an immaculate garden with ample parking spaces. The rates are very inexpensive and include a basic breakfast so therefore represent very good value for money. I am not sure that this property would be ideal as long term holiday accommodation but great to get to know Santander or for passengers arriving or departing on the Brittany Ferry Service as the centre of Santander and the Ferry Terminal are directly along one straight road close by the accommodation.

Onsite free parking was a big bonus for us. Pedro was quiet and reserved but very attentive to any enquiries from us.

The owner was very impertinent, pointing fingers and with inappropriate comments. He assigned us a room that was not the one we booked — he put us in the attic in the worst possible room while he had confirmed to me on the phone that we were in the ground floor. The making bed process was an absolute nightmare, with wrinkles everywhere. We had to remake the bed every night. The walls and floors are made of paper and you can hear everything.
