Location was good, rooms too small but good value for money. Staff, specially pool waitress where great.

Staff were very friendly. Outdoor pool was clean and warm in a lovely setting. There was a full breakfast. Everything was very relaxed. The setting was beautiful. Highly recommend.

There was nothing we didn't like.

the property looks a bit like an American hotel but with some Mexican details. But what make our trip spectacular was Claudia from the restaurant! She makes you feel like home, great personality and her attention to detail is extraordinary! The best service I’ve ever experienced ever!

Although the hotel is pretty, the room that we booked was very regular or average, comfortable but nothing more than that.

Breakfast was exceptionally good, the service was efficient and friendly.

The workers were promptly when needed for room service. I liked the outdoor setting and the hotel was cleaned.

The hotel needs to improve on couple of things. for instance , The mattresses need to be updated, they were too hard. The shower in the room does not have enough pressure and the water takes time to warm-up. The pool is freezing, I choose this hotel so my kids can enjoy the pool but the water was too cold. Last, the bar , the restaurant do not open all the time.

The hotel is great in general, the rooms are good, but the bathrooms need a better shower. However, everything was comfortable and clean
