Great location. Staff are friendly.

Unit 40 is getting tired and needs money spent on it. Cracks in the walls and mould all along the bottom of the curtain in the lounge room. No backing curtain for privacy, which made it difficult at night. Rooms smelt mouldy and damp. Air con did not work well for the bedrooms. Unit overall needs a paint and refurbishment. Parking was a nightmare to find your spot, even with a map. Everyone was walking around to locate their number as there is no system or order to numbers. Unable to use other lifts to get to your unit was a pain and forced you to use stairs.

The apartment was well appointed, unfortunately with no balcony - no views @ all which was very disappointing & was one thing we did request when making the booking as my wife does not like enclosed areas. The pool area was well maintained & very presentable, a gym was also available but not used with no time & complex is in a very handy location to town centre.

I really liked how big the property was, the kitchen was a great size, rooms, living area, we were two couples each travelling with a baby, and it was soo spacious. The pool was warm, and easy to access, and it was a great location next door to Woolworths and restaurants

The property has to be cleaned and garbage removed before leaving which is understandable but there was dirty utensils in the drawers and a paper towel wadded up found in couch which was kind of gross, hope cleaning staff check these things a bit more

There wasn’t much - location was fantastic between beaches, there was onsite parking and soaps/used shampoo/conditioner bottles in the bathroom. At least the bench tops and floors were clean, and that’s about all the positivity I can write about the place.

The front door was extremely difficult to open, a first impression into all the issues. We stayed in Villa 4. The walls were dirty and in desperation of a fresh coat of paint - wouldn’t be hard to find as there were plenty of paint cans in the below car park. There was a missing door to the bathroom, the shower heads had mould, they used a single sheet as fitted sheets, absolutely zero communication from arrival to departure, I saw zero staff working there and you have to wash up and take your own rubbish to the bins. I could do all this at home, certainly took away from the “holiday” experience. I’d rather stay in a far cheaper air bnb. Ridiculous.

water pressure, smell in the apartment, not well ventellated and was very expensive per night.

The only feedback might be to clean the windows.

Excellent location and wonderful friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious.

The noisy children in apartment above us Sunday morning at 5am. Running, screaming, yelling at the top of their voices on veranda. Very annoying! However we understand this was out of Managements control.
