HI this little hotel is really good, The room we booked had poolside access which was very good. overall the breakfast was very good with both english and thai menus, with some parts set and other parts buffet. staff were always on the front desk to ask things/ some out any problems if you had any. overall well done to the staff

i only have two very small points and nothing that spoilt our stay, 1The pool access had no pool exit to your own room,( a single step would have been much appreciated}. 2 This is just for myself but i enjoy a kosher english breakfast but everything was pork based { religious diet}. Again well done all the smiling staff, we enjoyed our 3 nights with you.

Staff was very nice. Most of the building is well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, the linens were clean, and overall it was a good nights sleep.

The interior of the architecture is weird, With every room having large windows that face a dozen rooms on the opposite side; my balcony on the fifth floor faced directly into the bar and secondary swimming pool. There was one section of ceiling showing water damage. The walls were a little bit thin and I could hear the neighbors television at night. The gym is stocked with cheap, crappy gear and is located in the hotel restaurant.

The beds are comfortable and the rooms very clean. 2 pools available Beach towels provided too! Brilliant location 2 mins walk from beach and across road from shopping mall!

Very little. The hotel was very noisy, with rude staff and the pool in a poor state of repair. The staff spoke terrible English, and the language barrier became a problem. Despite paying for breakfast up front for all guests, they still tried to charge my son for what was a very mediocre breakfast.

We had to fight for every little thing. Even to get our room cleaned was a challenge. They are clearly short staffed here, as we had a long day out and our rooms were still not cleaned on our return. Slippers and flip flops are provided free of charge in the room, with no prices attached. However, when leaving the hotel, they attempted to charge for these, but didn’t even know the price. We nearly had such a delay we could have missed our flight. Terrible service.....and we didn’t feel welcome here at all. We fully expected slippers and flip flops to be disposable items, not reused and recycled for other guests. At £75 per night this is very expensive for Thailand, and value for money score is a lousy 1 out of 10. Shameful, and needless to say we shall not be returning!
