The property is in an excellent location close to Wright Park, The Mansion and Botanical Garden. Perfect for big families and groups as it has multiple rooms and extra mattresses. I would definitely go back here with family and friends again!

Aside from the fact that it is in 3rd floor nothing else more. So you might wanna consider it if you have accompanying PWD, senior citizens. We do have couple of senior citizens with us but it is not bad at all. In fact, our seniors enjoyed the exercise!

We were looking for a property that could sleep a large number of adults and children comfortably, and be big enough for everyone to be able to eat together as finding seating at a restaurant for 16 is simply too much work, The bedrooms are large with bunk beds and plenty of couch and open space for everyone to spread out. 2 main bathrooms and an additional bathroom for the master bedroom. Large living room and kitchen with another open space on the upper floor. Pictures are accurate and it feels as big as the square footage suggests. Balcony had a great view. Parking right in front with 24 hour security. Thank you Ate Zeny for making our stay so enjoyable. We will return whenever we go to Baguio.

This large condo/apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator if you have seniors/ persons with mobility issues. I wish the balcony was a little bigger / had more than 2 chairs.

the owner and the responsible persons are laying because i checked out on 9 Dec due to emergency i did not receive the day refund and also booking costmer sipport are sleeping and no answer at all, i sent them two messages

After the first day the care taker was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

The property staff should have been ready to receive us upon arrival. We shouldn't have to wait for the care taker upon check in, he should have been there on our expected check in time.

My family and I had a great experience in this place, definitely will come back here again someday. The apartment is huge, clean and very nice! The location is perfect because it's close to the touristic spots. Ms Zeny, the cleaners and the security guards were all so friendly and very accommodating.

No a/c Some facilities are not working as it should be, It's on the 3rd floor! I guest it's my fault not reading all the descriptions/info.

Staffs were very accomodating and is very prompt in answering calls and queries. We had a great time, the place has complete facilities and is near tourist spots. Place is clean, and if you need peace it is the place to stay, my kids loved the spacious room and wants to stay again when head back to baguio. We had a perfect vacation.

Nothing everything was perfect

The location was perfect. Near Wright Park and a 24 min (slightly uphill) walk to Mine's view park. it was secure and local transportation was available (taxi and Jeepney to Mine's view park )

The unit is on the third floor. It is a wok out to go up and down the stairs. Good for the heart. Be healthy

The place is so cozy. We had a great stay with Hanbi Mansion. Great deal.

Location is very close to Wright Park and The Mansion, and few minutes away from Camp John Hay, Baguio Country Club and Botanical Garden. The unit is a penthouse and comes with a nice veranda, offering a great view of the Pines. It's a great place for family and friends, for sure! Ms. Zeny, the Property Manager, was very welcoming and helpful all throughout our stay.

WIFI could be a little slow if a lot of users are connected. Stairs might be a challenge for elder guests.
