Apartamento mucho más grande de lo esperado en una barrio tranquilo cerca del centro, perfecto para 5 visitantes, 2 camas de matrimonio y una individual.

La limpieza de los utensilios de cocina y el horno no se podía utilizar ya que saltaba el diferencial.

Location, cleanness, comfort, grocery store nearby, everything interesting within walking distance. Check-in procedure was simple and straightforward. All was done via the Internet. When we had a question regarding hot water, the question was answered within 30 mins.

I asked for some information regarding check-in a few days prior to the arrival but my questions were not answered.

Gorgeous apartment, very large, perfect for a family of four. Decent location. 10 minute walk to main plaza.

Communication last minute. No basic supplies provided such as tea, dishwashing tablets/liquid, sponges etc. I would expect this for an apartment of this level. There were coffee pods but it felt like they were left by the previous tenants as there was an opened coffee pod pack left on the bench. Dirty tea towel and cutlery/ cup left in kitchen. Dishwasher dirty and clearly not serviced as dishes (that were left by a previous tenant in dishwasher) came out dirty after I put the dishwasher on. Hand towels provided as bath towels and they seemed old (but were clean). Main bedroom - the mattress cover was old and scratchy and seemed more like a mattress protector rather than cover. This made the bed feel dirty ( although sheets were tucked in so assumed they were washed). This is a beautiful apartment that is not cheap. Every other accommodation we stayed at provided basic supplies, an information folder (this was absent) and early and thorough communication. This could be 5 Star if the effort was put in.

Communication was lacking. Upon our arrival we had not received any check-in guidance, had to call and send message to host.
