Plenty of room, Cindy from the management was great

The furnishings were uncomfortable and seemed like they were possibly curb side collect treasures. I know that seems harsh but the lay out of the apartment and your staff definitely kicked goals! It was the furniture and the infestation of tiny cockroaches that let you down. Easy things to fix! Again Cindy was great.

The rooms are spacious.

We could not get into our room because they left us a room key which did not work for after hours check-in. This meant we had to try and ring someone to help us, which was futile. After 90 minutes, we managed to get onto someone to come and open the door for us. All the while we were outside late at night with young kids. There were parties in other rooms and music blaring until the wee hours of the morning.

Easy key pick-up and directions. Streaming, heating and shower.

Could do with an extra blanket on the cold nights.

it needed a deep clean - living area quite grimy. No clothes dryer so we had to take wet cloth with us when we left.

very well used furniture , carpet in rooms very old and stained linen was filthy mattresses were very old and dirty really needs a update and some general maintenance throughout the apartment ,

Great location. Close to city centre. The apartment was roomy and had everything we needed. The 2 bathrooms came in handy.

The metal staircase outside our bedroom window. The person above us clattering up and down it at all hours of the night kept us awake. The couches need upgrading as they are grotty and uncomfortable.

the apartment was spotless! Old but so clean. updated bathroom and kitchen. It was spacious and suitably stocked.
