I think the location is great because of the ambience and peacefulness but hard to access by car and poorly maintained.

It was disappointing in many aspects and not worth the price. The management did not tell beforehand that we will be charged Rm40 if we need to use the shuttle one way as it is so hard to go back up and down the hill with your car. Cleanliness is very poor, cracks in the timber floor everywhere and smell due to fungus. We received a cracked and dirty teapot for our breakfast. Also there is only a few staffs running around to assist. Did not meet the manager at all. Also never mentioned Rm300 CASH deposit to be paid upon check in. once you are up there be prepared to have no access to food at all except breakfast, no line for phones and nothing much to do except swimming and bbq.

Breakfast is acceptable. Preferred if more info is provided about nearby eatery/beach.

The carpets inside the room need vacuum.

Unforgettable stay with my family members .. first and last time in my life. The building is so old, we are so worried that the building will collapse anytime. 😏
