Extremely friendly staff especially the male receptionist who attended us (million thanks). Easy access to carpark and lots of elevator available to get to the designated rooms. Spacious and comfortable rooms, well equipped. The beds were so comfortable with enough number of pillows. The room service and housekeeping management were extraordinary, kudos. The breakfast were exceptionally delicious. Hassle free check-in and check-out process.

We couldnt connect our smartphones to the smart TV in our room although we were in the premium room. Apparently that is only available in executive rooms. Hope the management does something regarding this.

The private pool in the room & the steam room. Good for privacy. The beds are huge. Recommended for all who enjoy swimming privately.

Menu for room service is very limited. So is the parking space.

This hotel is exceptional has it is providing 2 large beds in a room which is ideal for families. They even have a small swimming pool for every room. Kids will love this. They also provide decent buffet breakfast and room services is also available

The lights is very dim at the breakfast hall. Maybe can make it brighter.

Excellent facility, biiiiiiiiiig. Room. I said in 24th floor, room has private pool, 2 king bed :-), Steam bath chamber and good sea view.

There are no charging sockets for international phones. And the staff didn't support me as well. Spa doesn't have 7 days operation. The restaurant is so-so. Not a big list of options.of food.
