Pierwszy pokój jaki dostałem miał grzyb na suficie i było czuć zapach stęchlizny. Po zgłoszeniu problemu w recepcji, personel udał się ze mną do pokoju i wykonał zdjęcia przepraszając i kierując mnie do nowego pokoju. Moim zdanie bardzo profesjonalnie. Wrażenie zrobiła obawa o moje bezpieczeństwo, grzecznie sugerowano mi zamówienie taxi. Ochrona hotelu zapytała czy nie potrzebuję wsparcia przy wyprawie do bankomatu (bank po drugiej stronie hotelu).

Czystość w pokoju. Hotel zagwarantował "cichy" pokój, ale obsługa sprzątającą robi taki rumor, że trudno mówić o spokoju. Nie piszę tutaj o odgłosie odkurzacza, tylko o krzykach / śmiechach itp. miedzy kobietami na korytarzu.

Breakfast buffet was impressive as usual. Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express, staff there were very kind and accommodating, and refunded my k200 bond fee despite some issues at my end. Will be returning here often.

Despite making a reservation 2 days in advance, I didn't have a room guaranteed when I attempted to check-in at 2pm. Had to wait 10-20 mins for a room to be available.

The room and hotel was actually very well. The way it was secured, and the friendlynes of the staff. Also the unique location was perfect. Next to several malls. The prices was lower than many other big hotels, but still in general to high if you compare this for the price you expect more quality for this amount of money.

TheThe smell in the room, sheets and couch wasn't very well. Also things should be restored. Handles, tables etcbetc. Spots on the floor. room

Nothing that I didn't like, but didn't realize the swimming pool

Very comfortable and quiet room, nice staff, decent buffet breakfast, secure location, free airport transfer. The whole place is very contemporary and well designed and maintained, and we had a great night's sleep. An excellent stay overall.

Checkout was slow - not the receptionist's fault, but he was the only one on duty before 7am and had a complicated issue with another guest. They should have more people on reception at that time. Also the shuttle goes every half an hour but not on a particular schedule, so you need to allow extra time to get to the airport for an early-morning flight.

Great location, was central. Staff were really friendly and polite. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Towels and linen were clean. The shower and toilet were clean. Appropriate lighting, the night lights that come on by movement sensor, were a good touch. Area felt secure and well guarded.

Arrived at the hotel, and the room was not ready until 2 p.m., which was normal checkin time. However, I've been to other hotels that had my room ready upon arrival. One lift was out of service, and the lift that was working had no aircon and had a foul smell. I'm not a fan of carpet in a hotel room, and I wasn't surprised that the carpet looked dirty with stains.

Location. Bathroom & room set up & comfortable bed.

Left at 4pm after waiting 1.5 hrs - room not available for check in. Returned 8pm, got room but no bath towels & floor mat. Only one lift working.
