it’s was in a magic spot , very clean and staff helpful.

tv wasn’t going to start with but all fixed up straight away . staff very helpful

Ease of access to the property. Nice outlook to the water at the back verandah. Wildlife viewing. Staff could be easily contacted and were very helpful.

Had a fabulous weekend away in Scamander. We had loads of fun with the free kayaks. the bbq’s and outdoor space were fantastic. We really enjoyed the apartment as it was clean and comfortable. it had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. Right on the waters edge with loads of space to run around, it was great. I highly recommend.

great location, lovely outlook. the two bedroom unit was perfect for us.

From opening the front door breath taking lagoons only 12m from your private deck to swim kayak as the ocean is your backdrop, paradise.

If only the weather was another 5-7 degrees warmer however we swam kayaked each and everyday

Position. Despite being right on road it was very quiet. Views were outstanding, as was access to long beach walk, swim and birdwatching.

I expected a thoroughly cleaned unit; the unit surfaces and windows needed a good scrub. The fridge had a real stink so I used my esky . Receiving various reminders about my responsibility to leave a clean unit before and while I was in the unit was irritating. In my world being mindful of hardworking cleaners means I will always leave a motel/hotel unit in an acceptable state. Last gasp was to receive an email reminder in the afternoon ON XMAS DAY to make sure I leave by 10am following day. I vacated very early the following day as relaxation and enjoyment had been dashed. I was gobsmacked that Shelley wouldn't understand how someone kicking back and just enjoying a pressure free break would feel receiving that email on the last full day they had purchased. Also, I totally get that area surrounding the place needs mowing. However my 3 night stay was just as important as those coming after Xmas so surely sometime in the working week leading up to Xmas bookings could have been managed. Having most of Saturday (Xmas Eve) access to grassed area cut off because rider mower was in use was bit off putting re noise and the restricted access.
