Cleaning. Public space. Regarding the room - clean, equipped with bedlinen, cleaning was done once every 2 days.

It was stated in writing that sunbeds are provided free of charge. In fact, you are obliged to buy what the owner sells at 3-5 times the price. We were told about this condition only after we refused to buy their products. Since we refused, they demanded 6 Euros per day from us for sunbeds. The owner is very insistent and does not accept if your order is limited to water only. Our attempt to explain to her that it is only 09.00 and we do not need anything else in the morning was met with displeasure. The shortcoming of the camera - it is very small (here it is my fault, I should have been more attentive to the information about the surface). The kitchen is located on a space of, effectively, 1 meter wide and 50 cm deep. A 2-burner hob, tap and sink are placed on this space. Kitchenware - so poor, that nothing encourages you to prepare food (you only have a saucepan, glasses, cups, 3 plates, spoons, forks and a kitchen knife). The barbeque ad should be treated with the utmost caution - it doesn't come with the basics to prepare meat or fish or vegetables, and considering the minimalism of the kitchen, consider that barbeque is only declared as a marketing policy. In the 12 days I was there, only one person prepared fish once, then they gave up on the idea. I want to emphasize that, if it were not for the problem of misinformation about the conditions for using the sunbeds, as well as a less insistent attitude of the owner regarding consumption at the beach and, perhaps, a better equipped kitchen, everything would have been perfect. Otherwise, the owner, I must admit, works hard but working hard is not enough. Also read the reviews on google maps, because I have the impression that the ones on booking are moderated by the administrators.

We could not stay at the hotel since we had a problem with visa(we were driving from Germany to Turkey and booked 3 night) and we want to cancel our booking the day before. The owner did not want to cancel it because she said she can not find any customer in short time which was also plausible to me, i told her maybe for the other days she can find, she said noway. I contacted than booking support and they have contacted the hotel. The owner has called me afterwards and said, she is receiving pressure from booking.com to cancel the booking without any cost, but she did not want to do it since she has paid comission to booking.com already. She made a proposal, when we go back to Germany, we could stay there for free, i said this would be ok and we will drive back end of July, she said no problem and charged my money. Then after a while i contacted her again to secure the booking ( she did not reply my whatsapp message) , i called her and want to have my room for 3 nights, she directly said they are overbooked until september, we discussed on the phone and she ended the conservation and tell me arrange it with booking.com Booking.com did nothing about that, they always told they are verry sorry for this but they are not able to contact with the owner, maybe i can try it again with myself :) This was my last booking with booking.com, i am a genius member customer but not gonna use it anymore. Since they are working with such kind of unprofessional ametuer properties. I miss the old quality.

Great hotel, amazing rooms very clean, spacious and elegant, beach in front of the property was easily to go with umbrellas and sun loungers provided, bakery makes amazing snacks, employees were helpful and genteel with the smile, family friendly hotel with fair prices.

We stayed at this unique hotel, looking for a relaxing time to recharge the batteries after spending traveling. Castro Deluxe offered exactly what we were looking for: - outstanding facilities for this very beautiful hotel - proper breakfast - incredible beach view and access. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it.

Our studio was spotless, with majestic sea view and modern furniture. Had a kitchenette, fridge, a TV and a well condition a/c. At the bathroom there were free and freshly towels. Great snacks at the lovely bakery. Reasonable rates for season, so I definitely be right back for more days.

Great accommodation with amazing garderns and many failities inside. So close to the clearest beach in Toroni and with a children's playground, BBQ and free fast WIFI access. Staff was wonderful, polite and very informative. I would love to stay here and next year.

Excellent location, two steps from the beach, quiet and beautiful. Breakfast open from 8am, lots of selection, host is always available and friendly!
