Ideally Located in Pratamnak close to night market. 7/11 nearby and easy to get to. Would highly recommend this property, nothing was too much trouble. nice swimming pool and staff very obliging.

Although the parking was a little bit tight, it was very secure. Apart from that all else was good, no complaints.

I had a top floor 2 bed condo. This one had a fantastic balcony that was perfectly situated so the sun wasn't a problem. It had a large jacuzzi. The bathroom was large. The kitchen was equipped with a large fridge freezer and a washing machine Which was really handy. The Russian night market is great for cheap food. Especially the fried chicken. 5 minutes from the condo on soi 6. Soi 5 is a short walk away. In pratumnak this is the main tourist street which has loads of bars, restaurants, barbers , family marts. A ten minute walk takes you down to the bottom of soi 5 to the pratumnak beach. Lovely place especially if you are lucky enough to get a sea breeze. Early (March) was ideal weather.the sands restaurant at the beach was excellent. Recommend the steak with pepper sauce. Truly fantastic. The small pool was great for cooling down, set in a beautiful garden. The place is gated and you get a key fob to go out and in. Pratumnak is a great place to stay as it has a more holiday type vibe I have stayed in Pattaya many times in the centre of the city. Now I prefer a less hectic holiday and occasionally I go in for a night out. My condo had 4 cleans in the 18 nights I stayed there. It was spotless and well maintained. The furniture was excellent. Very comfortable. It's a 5 star from me.

I liked the condo a lot. What might be hard is that there is no elevator. To the condo. If you struggle with stairs (5 sets) it might prove too much. There are alternative condos and villas on the ground floor Would I go back . Most definitely.

Big unit more than adequate for family of three and spotlessly clean. Jill the host was friendly and professional and on site all day and only a phone call away for any out of hours questions / emergency. At first glance there's not much close by but once you get a handle on the surrounds you are actually within reasonable walking distance to 7 /11 restaurants bars and beach massage and a night market. A great Vegetarian restaurant only minutes away.

The Pool if that's your thing is small and if there are kids swimming / playing in the pool then perhaps a no go zone - no problem for me however.

Great location to book multiple villas as they are all next to each other - so we could stay with 10 adults and 3 children without any issues.

the place is gorgeous, the location is great, the staff is very hospitable. You will never find a better place in Pattaya for this price. Highly recommend!

The apartment was very well appointed with every home comfort one could wish for. It's a credit to the manager and staff the cleanliness and way the place was run. I'd definitely go back again when I am back on Pattaya.

The only complaint that I had which is a general Thai / Asian thing. It's that the beds are too firm even to the point of hard. But I am afraid as a traveller I expect it in 90% of the hotels in Asia. Apart from that a great stay!

Big apartment, well fitted out with everything you need for a self-contained post covid quarantine stay. Good value, lots of sqm's for the price. Fast internet if you need to work. Great bathroom with a separate hot tub and shower. Secure on-site parking. Very friendly and helpful front desk. Recommended.

Everything was great!….can’t say more than that, the 2 bedroom is great for a family, nice and quiet at night, the resort is very secure so good for young children, easy to grab something to eat nearby and 7-11 just a few mins walk, grab taxi 200 baht to beach road, there’s a beach not far away 17mins walk but we didn’t go

Excellent place for a short or long stay. Quiet, comfortable and clean. Quaint, cute and well maintained. Lovely garden with swimmingpool. From here you can access many other places in Jomtien and Pattaya.

A very relaxed stay. Good large room, airy and with a pleasant lay out. Very clean and quiet. Comfortable mattress, a rarity in most places. Easy parking and extra friendly staff. We liked it so much that we booked an extra night. Recommended.

Nothing cause 1 day tolerate the conditions, wouldn't recommend to anyone

Very hot and tgey control how much electricity you can use after allowance of 20KVa you have to pay, 4th floor nobody to help with luggage, poor amenities, booked pool room got 4th floor. Aircon on both in lounge and bedroom had tissue holding the louvres, the room never got to low temperature that made it comfortable. Amenities poor, only provided bath and pool towels. Very old apartment
