Fantastische accommodatie en t personeel is super vriendelijk. Echt een aanrader. Het ontbijt is ook heerlijk en je kunt er tevens lekkere wijntjes kopen en proeven.

Excellent location and lovely laid back atmosphere, Juergen is a true talent of picking the perfect wine , ideally located right in the centre of everything but also quiet if you want a wine or two and watch the world go by.
As we have stopped here before , we felt as though the breakfast wasn’t as good a last time we stopped, for example you only get one glass of orange juice and that’s it, there was no English tea either and croissants weren’t available, all theses were available last time we stopped.
Considering I paid over 200 Euro for 2 nights I don’t think it was too much to expect.

The location is good centre of town, it was quiet, good breakfast, staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are small being an old building!!
I was not happy being asked to pay for the Bernkastel-Keus Guest Card - it’s a tourist card that nobody knows anything about and I was charged €9 for something I didn’t want‼️ Advice is , don’t take it!!

The location is great. The staff were super friendly.. My favorite part of the stay was the breakfast .
Stairs are pretty steep if you're taking up heavy luggage but that's more on my lack of fitness than the hotel.

It is a hotel for wine lovers. Breakfast between all the riesling bottles! In the middel of Bernkastel, so you can discover BK by foot. Hostes was very nice and gave us some tips for a tasting in Kues.
Breakfast is good but contains only cold food, so no baked eggs or sausages (which I love when I am on holiday:)) only a small minor.

The hotel is very central in Bernkastel-Keus, everything is reachable within walking distance.
The breakfast crew was friendly and remembered our wishes from the day before.
The parking spot is a public parking in Bernkstel-Keus. If you’re unlucky and don’t find a close by spot you have to walk a little further. The parking costs 4€ a day.
When we arrived the staff was rather unfriendly and not welcoming. The check-in seemed a little complicated as well.
We had a room in the third floor, unfortunately the WiFi was either not existing or very weak. I had to be in an online meeting where I got thrown out or the others couldn’t hear me. So I had to use my own mobile data.
