Zwembad was heerlijk en staff geweldig

De waterdruk van de douche.

Heerlijke ruime en schone kamer. Een fijn zwembad. Prima ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Een rustige ligging.

-very clean hotel -big rooms with good vibe -beautiful garden and pool -good brekkie -close to the main road but wasn’t noisy -good location: 12 min walk from the central, and local bus stops are just 2 min walk away -helpful and lovely staff -during our 3 weeks long stay this hotel has the best value, facilities, comfort and cleanliness so if you have tight budget it can be a gem compared to other hotels.

-staff and even the manager has poor English and do not understand everything well. -dining room area is uncomfortable. Tables are just narrow desks and chairs are small bar chairs - at the reception are there are proper chairs and tables what would be much more comfortable. -nothing is prepared in the dining area, every morning you have to ask salt, pepper, napkin. -in our room on the second floor AC was extremely loud so we could not use it at night even though we were boiling and bathroom is getting a bit used as towel drier and the shower was falling into peaces. -we booked 2 rooms and requested the rooms next to each other as we were travelling with my older mum, but we did not got them. Even though we tried to speak to the hotel manager he did not want to talk with us as he was allegedly busy and he did not called us back to sort out our requests. The room we wanted was empty but they told us it was booked until the next day.. ok we accepted it but they were not even open to change the room next day.

The best hotel we had on our Sri Lanka trip! It’s just as the photos and the pool was nice. Breakfast was also really good. Location is also fine expecially if you have a scooter, but you can also walk from there to the restaurants and beach.

Wij werden goed ontvangen door de boys! Konden onze tuktuk goed parkeren. Ontbijt was goed voor elkaar!

Прекрасное место! Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый, отдельная благодарность Исуру :) — всегда готов помочь по любому вопросу. Шум дороги неслышен. Расположение удобное - и Мирисса и Велигама в 5 минутах. Нет насекомых в номере, все герметично. Чистый бассейн. Простые но сытные завтраки.

Нет закрытой мебели - шкафы, тумбочки, ящики. Всего одно зеркало в душевой, не хватало еще одного в номере. "Глухие" перегордки между болконов отсутствуют, поэтому некоторые имели наглость заглядывать в номер с болкона, из-за этого приходилось держать шторы закрытыми. В таком случае простым решением - можно было бы шторы поделить на 2 части, чтобы открывать посередине и закрывать по бокам от соседей. Сейчас они одним сплошным полотном.
