I book with a big balcony room, but the balcony door is damaged and cannot closed I want to cancel the room, but the hotel not allowed

the bed was really good, it was clean at check in and the hall apartment is really nice

extra cost for parking, parking not always available, they don’t do the apartment daily, no room service nor restaurant, there’s no way to find the property without asking

I liked the location, they also gave me an upgrade free of charge. Beautiful view of the park.

The apartment was extremely dirty, everything was covered with hair, even the linens. Glasses had wine stains. They did send a cleaner but she wasn't taking cleaning seriously. Couldn't sleep well because of the weird sound, probably an AC outside of the building.

the beds were uncomfortable and the a/c couldn’t go down a certain temperature and will turn off automatically every two hours. the main bedroom was very hot during the afternoon and the ac will not cool enough

Management were fantastic! They did everything possible to make me more comfortable, moving me to park view on arrival (I didn't like the car park view!), moving room when the smell of air conditioning unit was bad, and helping me organise a covid test before my departing flight, right in my room! The park view is excellent, I really had such a lovely time, gazing at the park and mountains whilst working and on video calls; and watching the sunset sky through the floor to ceiling windows! Kitchen was well stocked with appliances (even a citrus juicer!) and utensils for real cooking; the daily rubbish collection was really great; the gym was fantastic; inside access via the car park to the most amazing supermarket I've ever been to in Mexico. I stayed 10 days and loved it. Thank you!

I booked and double checked via message that I would get park view/ mountain view, but was at first given a room right in front of the car park - lucky they moved me to park view right away. I had to ask for the room to be cleaned twice, because the floor was so dirty, and it turned out their vacuum cleaner was broken, but they gladly did this for me. The air conditioning filter was emanating the smell of rotten eggs so they helped me move room again, but once I finally had the room with a view and no smell, it was AMAZING!! The bright light from the air conditioning unit makes the room really bright at night - bring tape or sleeping mask if you need darkness to sleep. Management did everything to make me happy, and I really appreciated this, especially since they are a new place and still ironing out the crinkles. There is no perfect place, only GREAT management and they really were fantastic.

in room 213 there's a generator noise it's annoying. other than that it was great and comfy.

Well located for Santa Fe and next to the Mexicana Park. Comfortable apartment with everything that you need. Friendly staff.

Both the windows and walls are really thin so the sleep quality is quite poor because of (occasional) noisy neighbors and the trucks backing up every morning on the street outside right under the apartment (that happens every morning from around 6am on).

The location can't be beat, especially if you like nature and not just city views. Even though there isn't a washing machine, you can have your clothes professionally cleaned for a reasonable fee. You just have to coordinate it for long stays because the turn around time is about 3 days. The wash house/cleaners are within a 3 minute walk, accessible from the building. Depending on the room, you can have a great view of the park (or the dreaded parking garage). Another bonus - City Market is within a 3 minute walk within the building or you can access from going outside the building. There is access to bonus rooms. The staff is friendly and try to accommodate your stay. Overall, I feel like I got good value for my money.

They only cleaned the kitchen trash the first day I stayed and not the bathroom trash. I suspect they were trying to find out who was smoking as you're not supposed to smoke in the rooms; however, I would have appreciated an honest conversation versus being sneaky. They only clean every 5 days. That's okay with me, but they would miscount the days. They would either be a day early or a day late. All apartments aren't created equal. When I first arrived, I was expecting a dining table to work per the listing, but the room didn't have dining table, but the staff was helpful and were able to put me in a room with a table. Also, I like to cook and some apartments have cooking items and some don't. This randomness also makes the rooms unique, which I can appreciate. I've stayed in three rooms and they all are unique. Also, they all have creaked when the sun came up. Sometimes at night, you'll hear a loud random noise, like the wall cracking. I hope the building is secure/safe. Every once in a while, you could hear parties until midnight, but I thought the room was only open until 10 pm. I never got a clear answer on the time the room was available. Housekeeping was stingy with towels and toiletries. Again, overall it was a good stay despite some negatives.
