staff were good. restaurant staff new improvement. Average clean, bathroom was not clean enough.

hotel was decent and clean. Room was very neat and comfortable. Toiletries were perfect. lighting was apt. Food was very good. It is centrally located and easily accessible. Has lots of shops and eateries nearby if required. Housekeeping had to be reminded of changing linen etc Room service was little delayed. Overall it is worth for money

Excellent staff, they made the checkin and checkout very smooth, wallet parking service is excellent, staff at restaurant are really good. Excellent complementary breakfast. I missed to take one of my things while checkout and they returned the same to me very perfectly. Excellent staff is the only positive about this hotel

No cleanliness in room, bathroom floors are filled with dirts and containers of shower gel and shampoo is full of dirt and fur. A/C in room is horrible, i think they will switch it off at night, there is no fan as well. I started sweating and I called the room service, they sent a A/C service man and he said there is no problem with the A/C. He is very polite and he offered another room but I refused to change the room because i have planned to checkout very next morning, finally he offered me a fan and then i slept well. If you are ready for sleepless night and uncleaned bathroom, then this is right property. I paid 5000 for one day which is totally unworthy.
