Cleanliness and space was very comfortable for 6 of us. Can definitely fit up to 9 people using the couches or asking for additional beds. Loved the balcony space, very comfortable to relax. Location to the bay and beaches from 1-10mins. Very convenient to the grocery stores if you wanted to have a BBQ. Property owner was lovely to speak with, friendly and quick to respond to me.

The spa bath didn't work at the time, BUT the property owner communicated politely with me, and he said he will have it serviced.

Close to Town Centre, Clean and tidy.

There were no toiletries in bathrooms specially for showers.

Plenty of living space. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Modern facilities

Stairs may be a problem for some.

The outdoor facilities was great. The places was nice. The view from the front balcony was OK. The view from the other bedrooms were into someone's backyard. Would have appreciated being advise the 3 flights of stairs. Can be issue for young families with prams or elderly customers.

The place appears clean at first glance. Coffee table had food and drinks marks. There was issues with the shower water pressure. Hard to get a good medium. The air conditioner remote was not working. Making the place very cold at night. The beds were very noise and can feel the springs in the mattress. It was very old. The places and facilities requires updating and replacing.

Plenty of room. Kids enjoyed the games there.

It could of been cleaner. Spa - when jets where turned on, out come dirt. 🤢 Bath rail was broken. Outdoor balcony - floor needed a good sweep. ( bread tag and crumbs were left) Beds - There was no top sheet on the beds and the pillow cases on main bed were worn with tears in them. It would be helpful to have a good eye for detail in this circumstance.

Spaciousness, rooms were good size and inclusions were as expected.

Lounges were spongy and very had to get out of. Upholstery on lounges was stained and unpleasant. 37 steps were very hard in this apartment. We had an 80 year and another 70+ in our party and getting our relatively light luggage up so many stairs was a struggle. Location to town was Okay but again hard for the two wives in our party because of the steep hill and their bad knees.
