pet friendly with an amazing view from out chalet. Had facilities to do as little with or as much as you wanted such as tennis court, swimming pool (which we had no idea of), Basketball hoops, chess board etc

The entrance could be more visible from both directions at night.

Beautiful views across the countryside, Howqa river and across to the mountains. Wood fire. Spacious cabin. Quiet and peaceful.

i believe the hot water cylinder may be rusty . the hot water seemed discoloured . i only mention this cos i recently had one replaced because of this issue

Great place to stay, lots of lovely things to do within such as large chessboard and the walks inside the property. Earl was very accommodating for our large family and good facilities provided to keep us cozy and warm.

It was warm and comfortable out in the country! Staff were nice and welcoming. Perfect place for me and my friends for a long weekend! Would definitely go again!

We loved being able to have a fire outside. It was nice to sit in the spa at night and the closeness to Howqua River Inlet was fantastic. We were offered free eggs freshly laid.

Accommodation was delightfully comfortable and I was able to take my cat, who is family. The fireplace, spa and deck were added bonuses. I was able to cater for myself in the well appointed kitchen. Resort facilities were plentiful and the natural surroundings magnificent.

Stayed in a1 bedroom chalet with wonderful views Loved how peaceful the area was.. although others were staying in other chalets, it felt as if we were the only ones there

One of the nicest, most peaceful places I've stayed. Each chalet is really well placed for privacy and a stunning view. As far as I could tell, none of the chalets overlooked any of the other ones. Waking up to a mountain and lake view from your bed is magic. Huge bathroom with spa and separate toilet. Plenty to do close by (walks, lake, towns, brewery, etc.) if you can tear yourself away from the chalet balcony. Great kitchenette. Decent sized fridge. Excellent hot water service. Very cheap rates for what you get.

Lighting could have been a little brighter in kitchen and lounge. Not a big issue though, as there was a reading lamp.
