Perkins Place Tulip Cottage
Beau cadre de jardin pour un chalet de 3 chambres avec une véritable atmosphère dans le haut pays de Victoria. Situé sur les rives de la rivière Jamieson et à seulement 45 secondes à pied de l'hôtel Courthouse. Une fois que vous aurez fait l'expérience de ce chalet, vous voudrez toujours revenir à Jamieson. Le chalet dispose de toutes les commodités dont vous auriez besoin pour une escapade ou même un voyage d'affaires avec trois chambres, trois lits Queen dans un thème rustique moderne.

Carl and Donna are amazing hosts and the cottage was so comfortable and welcoming.

The property was exactly as described. Cozy, well maintained space with two comfortable bedrooms, clean bathroom and well equipped kitchen.
However, the lack of heating was a bit of a drawback. The house had only one AC unit for heating, located in the kitchen, which was insufficient for warming the bedrooms. It would be a significant improvement to have additional heaters in the bedrooms to enhance comfort during colder months.
The host was incredibly welcoming too. Overall, it’s a pleasant place to stay, though addressing the heating issue would make it even better..

Location was fantastic and property waa absolutely spick and span. Hosts were wonderful and very thoughtful. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting this area, cottage was particularly suited to a family with space for adults and lids alike

We had a family wedding nearby and this was the perfect place to stay. Our hosts welcomed us warmly and we wish we could have stayed longer!❤️

I stayed only for one night while attending a work Christmas function for the A1 gold mine, which was held at the nearby Jamieson Brewery. The bus forgot me and my kind hosts offered to drop me to the brewery. If you like cacti and succulents there is a large range to browse and take home as gifts.

We had a lovely stay at Tulip cottage which is clean and very close to the beautiful river.
Donna was a very welcoming host and was always around to chat.

Perfect cottage. Had plenty of bed space and room, ceiling fans were perfect. There was alot of little old school nick nacks to look at inside the cottage. Our 4 yr old was in awe of the nick naks. And our 11 year old absolutely loved them. We will be looking to re book this in the future. Close to the river, pub and basically on the main street

This place is so good as it's extremely clean, neat and comfortable and had everything you could want. The hosts, Donna and Carl were so helpful and accommodating and could not have been more welcoming. We really enjoyed playing with their 2 dogs, Baz and Bob. Would highly recommend as in great position close to river, pub and shops.

Donna and Carl were great hosts and made us feel very welcome. The cottage was extremely cosy with everything we needed. The location is just beautiful as is Jamieson and the surrounding area. Thanks guys and we will be back 😉

I choose it after reading the reviews and realized reviews were fair. Service, cleanliness and amenities are 5/5. A very nice place to stay away from city noise. It is not fancy, by the way, is just perfect. Internet will help you to disconnect from your normal life, because connections is very bad in the hole town. Lol.

The cottage was perfect for the overnight pitstop needed on our way back home from NSW. Our dog loved it and the hosts were very welcoming and hospitable.

Perfect for a few days of skiing at Mt Buller. Very affordable and comfortable accomodation. The drive to Buller is not that long and Carl is very hospitable and accomodating to all our needs.
We will be back for our next ski trip.

Perkins Place is perfectly situated in Jamieson township, close to everything including the river, walking tracks, and store. Comfy and well appointed accommodation, we all enjoyed the games provided, after a bbq tea and summer evening walk to see the roos. Donna and Carl are wonderful hosts - thanks for another great Jamieson holiday!

Of really wish to be even more superb maybe upgrade the cooking stove as it take time to heat up 😊. Wifi is also challenge inside the house but the owner really tried to help - It’s just the way the house is built that can’t have reception in the house. Beside that, amazing stay and wonderful hosts. Thank you.

I was contemplating a review of a lovely couple of days at this venue , but tactics of stayz , viz fill in the form and we will tell you what the host thought of you is the most repulsive form of gutter tactics I have seen for a long time . Hopefully our next rental will be on another platform
